It works
It doesn't have much of a scent. I need to rinse it out thoroughly, or it leaves a residue. It helps with tangles and prevention of split ends.

Makes hair thick without greasiness

I started using just the shampoo and noticed a bit of a difference, then bought the conditioner. It's been about a month now and I'm in love!! I have fairly long hair, that I dont want to cut anytime soon. This product not only made my hair feel thicker, its repaired my split ends beyond belief!! Also love that someone else mentioned the little hair mohawk! I have a ton of new hair growth. Cant wait to see what this product does for me long term! Only reason it isnt getting 5 stars is I'm sure they could make it smell a little nicer lol

Works but ehh
I have been using expensive natural shampoos all my life and I wanted to try this out because it is cheap and it claims to have the same nutrients for my hair that is in my other products. The thing that bothers me the most is that it smells like chemicals. I am used to the natural smells from my other products and everyone is telling me that’s how normal hair products smell but I can’t get over it. It was a good price for the quality. I notice my hair has maintained its shine and healthy look.

SO far SO good
Bought this a few weeks ago and my hair has been ever so shinny! I think its helping it grow as well. I read a review that the smell wasnt the greatest so was a bit weary, but i love the smell. I dont think theres anything weird about it or maybe I just like weird hahahaha! If youre looking for a good shampoo/ conditioner for a great price, this is the stuff! only thing is on the conditioner i bought , the pump wont work so I have to unscrew it everytime. darnnnn overall would recommend and my mum is planning on getting some as its just really noticeably nice on the hairsss

This conditioner smells great. I just started using it a few days ago and already my hair feels full and soft. The price is really good and you get a huge bottle for the price. I can’t wait to see what this wonderful product will do in a month to my hair.

Broken pump / extremely hard to use / gives dull, flat and dirty or -like air.
The conditioner looks fine, but since the pump is broken, the product is very unpleasant and hard to use. Recently, several people have had the same issue. Beware, I think the current batch is defective. Without the pump you have to open the bottle, squeeze it, so it creates a lot of waste. Will ask for a refund. Also not impressed with the conditioner itself. My hair is now flat, dull, and looks oily, dirty. Definitely not a thickener. Will never buy again. Feels like it’s ruining the effect of my Kerastase shampoo for hair loss. I don’t understand all the wonderful reviews... DO NOT BUY IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR THE THICKENING EFFECT AS ADVERTISED
