new design doesn't fit as well

I read that they redesigned this bra and you should order up a size. unfortunately I read this after I purchased it, yup, I had to return the bra to Bare Necessities, they issued me an amazon credit and I repurchased it from amazon in a bigger cup size. I didn't go up a band as I hate it when bra's stretch out and then all the weight is on your shoulders and not supported by the band like it's supposed to be. it fits ok, but it just doesn't feel like previous Tisha Dream Bra's I've owned. The straps are at a strange angle, seems like they are supposed to sit on the edge of your shoulder, when I pull them up a bit, they flex and bend and work their way back to the edge of my shoulder. I bought some silicon bra strap pads that slide under the strap and strap sits in a groove, and they don't work at all on this bra, the straps are not straight, they are angled or something. The cups also seem to be a different shape than they used to be, they kinda separate my breasts and point them away from each other. There are sharp edges around the hook and eye closures. it's like there is a piece of plastic between the two pieces of fabric sewn together where the hook and eyes are, and there are rough/sharp edges along the edges of the hook/eye sections. I've had to trim them away, tried filing them down, today I put bandaids over the seams because I can't wear the bra anymore, the rough edges are driving me crazy. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's a durable well made bra, but I'm not exactly happy with the recent mods to this model.

Fabulous Bra!

For some reason Le Mystere keeps changing the style of this bra just to confuse us. I started wearing Dream Tishas 10 years ago but when they changed the style the first time, the bra no longer worked for me and I switched to the Le Mystere Techfit, which they recently discontinued. So then I was on the hunt again for a comfortable non itchy bra with the support I needed. I didn't even consider the Dream Tisha, not realizing they had changed the style yet again until I happened upon one in a store that was on clearance. It was in a larger cup size than I wear (32G instead of 32E) but I tried it on and it fit perfectly! Now I was on the hunt online to find others in my size at a reduced price. I hit a snag when after ordering a couple that didn't fit, I realized there are still the older versions of this bra in circulation. Some sites will tell you which is which, but others don't. This is the newer version. The newer version is called 'Full Fit.' The older version is just a full busted Renaissance Dream Tisha. The newer version has the tags imprinted on the bra clasp and the cups and bra straps are smaller. This version fits me beautifully while the older version was ridiculous on me. If you want the older version try this bra in the nude color. I don't think the newer version was made in the nude color. Confusing isn't it? On top of that I had to return a couple of bras because the cups were all dented and creased. The ones I got directly from Amazon and not an outside seller were fine however. After a month of buying and exchanging bras from various places, I finally found the bras and price I wanted in these on Amazon. I bought 6 pairs of them this time to stock up just in case Le Mystere changes the style yet again! Also I have tried various styles of Le Mystere bras and other brands and have found this bra to be the most comfortable with no itching from lace or other decorations, no digging in the back, the straps stay put on my shoulders and I barely feel it on all day. It also fits me the best, lifts me up and makes me look slimmer. It's a good anecdote to gravity!!

The best bra ever

I purchased this a few months ago, and as many women know finding the perfect Bra is like searching for the Holy Grail or the Fountain of Youth. I was desperate, either they don't fit right, pinch or don't hold me up and after a couple months have worn out and need to be tossed away. I was blessed with extra, and very rarely can I even find something in my size that doesn't cost an arm, leg, my soul... first born, I saw that Amazon had a good selection, and were I live we only have a couple stores (and they won't take my first born) that cater to my size. I figured well, what the hell... I'd give my soul for a good supporting bra that fit well and didn't fall apart after a month or two of wear (no I don't wear the same one every day) especially with my back problems (I am looking to give away my T3 disk while I am at it) The bra is true to fit so if your in between sizes, always round up...The straps are wider giving a good full support on the shoulders and it is wider around the rib cage to help support there too. The fabric is firm and soft, and the shape is flattering. It helps hold me in in the sides, and slims things out a bit so I don't have the side spill over, or the front spill over. I can wear this bra all day, and don't feel in a rush to take it off when I am getting comfortable. I will say though it took a couple days to feel right, at first I was worried, but it's kind of like a new pair of shoes. You have to wear it a couple times before they are your favorite sneakers. I will be buying this bra and other's from this company in the future, I am willing to pay the price (they are about the same as I would get from Lane Bryant or our local bra shop the next city over.)

Love this bra

I bought this based on reviews: one cup size up with regular band size as measured. Band was a bit tight so I used and extender. Cup fits great. Awesome bra. Great price. Helpful sizing reviews. I’ve had these bras before and the band stretched easily so I didn’t want to order a band size up even though I knew it would be a little tight starting out.

This bra is so comfy and I got it for a great price for le mystere, it's black but I didn't mind that, it's so nice, I'm happy.

The Perfect bra

I think this is the best bra ever for ladies blessed with bigger assets. It fits like a dream, gives a smooth outline and best of all it gives firm support and is very comfortable. I have many other lovely bras but have had to buy several of these as I keep going back to them.

Do not recommend this bra !

The band did not fit , I had to get a extender for it as it was to small , the cup was ok it fit , but now less 3 months the underwire is coming out of the bra ! It has only been hand washed ! I personally do not recommend this bra ! For the price was very disappointed! Will not buy this bra again !!!!
