55 H This bra is amazing. I never thought I would say such a thing about a front closure bra, but here I am, totally saying it. The only reason, well 2, why they did not get five stars was because of how long it took for them to send it, and the need for more hook and eye improvements. It has the standard ones, a massive row of them, but to get my strap on I have to put stress on at least one of them. I can see that one totally pulling out of place. Just a pro tip- to put through the wash, it would be best to use a garmet bag or to connect all the hooks and eyes before throwing it in. Hand wash would be perfect. The netting, which is supper sturdy material, makes it breathable everywhere but between my breasts. Right at the area that there is usually lots of heat. Only, you really need all the materials there to make this work, so a future fabric revolution is in order. I originally was going to design and build a bra for myself. I was at my whit's end. Pulling up my bra strap and constantly adjusting just was not going to be my future, I was done with it. I went down a rabbit hole looking at the structures before bras. In the end, I figured I needed something that crossed in the back, to keep from constantly pullinh on my bra strap, but also it would alleviate some of my pain. That was the plan. Only, that meant front closure, and I had it in my head that that would not work. What would work was something that would put the weight of my breasts on my torso and back, not my shoulders, while also being airy. Sounds impossible... Maybe not, if front closures could work. I took to skower the internet for what I wanted. I was even watching videos on making a half corset. I WAS DESPERATE FOR SUPPORT! Then I happened accross this bra. I thought I would hate it, and some in the comments did. But the women with boobs my size or bigger were actually saying this worked. So I ordered it... Ages and ages later, it arrived. I put it to test the following day. At first, my back and shoulders did not know what to think. The best part was not adjusting all day, not once! A week goes by and my shoulders accepted the new reality. I felt better, but something else started. See, I have Fibromyalgia. This bra has a cross over back with netting, allowing support and cooling. But Fibro says anything touching me hurts. My back was in flames. Everyday I would hurt so much back there, but the pain in my shoulders and in my neck had lightened up. Which was so significant that the pros outweighed the cons. It's been several weeks now, I have to say that this bra chamged my life. The reduced neck pain really improved my life quality and sleep. (No, I did not sleep in it) I recommend this bra if you have large breasts. This is a game changer. If you have Fibromyalgia, be aware of the trade off.
