Works great, but doesn't have a cutting edge
This parchment paper works great! I used to line my baking sheets with aluminum foil, but a lot of times, food would get stuck to it. This parchment paper not only reduces the mess on the baking sheet, but it also has some great non-stick properties. I've made cookies and biscuits on it so far, and both have come off the paper without a problem. The only downside to buying this brand is that this is one long continuous roll of paper, so you have to cut it to the length you need - but the box doesn't come with a cutting edge. To me, it's not a huge deal since parchment paper is easy enough to cut with scissors, but it would still be more convenient if it came with one! For those of you worried about possible chemicals in this product - according to a few different sources, the paper itself is 100% natural, but the coating, which gives the paper its non-stick properties, may not be. The only info I've found online is that it's supposed to have a "proprietary silicone-like" coating, but who knows what that really means. I'm not too concerned, but still figured I'd put this out there for everyone who is. It might be worth contacting the company directly if you're really worried about possible chemicals in this product.

Does what it's supposed to
I use this primarily for making pizza in lieu of corn meal/semolina; It's just tidier. I've also used it for cookies and as a separator for breakfast sausage patties in the fridge. At 450 it browns up and gets crunch, but doesn't char or flame. The pizza slides off easily after removal. Cookies come off easily after cooling. I like to stick uncased breakfast sausage in the freezer for an hour or so to firm it up, then cut into slices for easy use in the mornings; they barely stick at all. (I usually use wax paper for the sausage, but happened to be out last time.) My sole complaint is the lack of a cutter integral to the box; I have to pull a length out, cut it, then try and roll the excess back up.

Natural and effective
Bought this because I think it's free of silicone coating and unbleached. It's almost non-stick, good enough for me. Used as cake tin liner and to roll out cracker dough between two sheets. It does absorb moisture and oil, so didn't remain entirely flat when rolling out the cracker dough (I used a silicon mat for one side and baked it on the parchment. I bought a big batch to last me, but will likely re-order when it's used up.

The Healthest Paper Out There!
Love this paper. It's the only one out there w/o silicone or chemicals. Believe me, I've researched and looked for a year. We don't like to heat chemicals and believe they get in your food, causing diseases and toxin build up, IMHO. This is a tad pricey. I have bought it from William Somona, there it is available online only and is a little cheaper, but I have to pay shipping. I use it for cookies, fries, and meatballs. If the food isn't too wet or greasy, you can use it again. I've made almond zucchini cookies using this paper three times. Or you can make cookies, then use it again for meatballs, before you toss it out. I hope they keep making this paper as it is, real parchment.

0 plastic packaging
I use parchment for lots of baking, especially baking bacon, and for mint making. It's all pretty much the same. The 5th star is missing only because they are a little TOO minimal with their packaging. I've just started taking the roll out and cutting with scissors.

LOVE IT! (No silicone lining! :)
Great for cooking! No smell, no sticking, no nothing. Overall, I would recommend this product to all the lovely bakers out there. I originally discovered it while shopping at Home Goods. Once the product ran out I went on Amazon to see if I could find it (which I did:). The reason I love it so much is because it doesn't include silicone lining and is healthier than normal parchment paper because it is made of vegetables!

the product itself is great. food doesn't stick and bakes well
the product itself is great. food doesn't stick and bakes well. only thing that annoys me is the package is not comfortable. you have to take the roll out every time to cut with scissors and the roll expands so you need to push it back in the box. if they had a better package it would be perfect

But I'm sure for cooking/baking this would do just fine.
I got this mainly for covering paintings so that when I am storing them they are not sticking together but my only problem was that since they were varying sizes for my paintings I had to cut them to fit and tape together- the tap would NOT stick to this whatsoever. But I'm sure for cooking/baking this would do just fine.

Great for baking everything from fish fillets to homemade pizza
One of the few natural parchment papers available. No silicone or other weird additives, only all natural. Great for baking everything from fish fillets to homemade pizza. Perfect as an add-on.

Very good parchment paper.
I make my own paleo sesame snaps and this paper works very well without sticking to a very stick surface. I'm pleased and will reorder.
