Easy to use, hard to find elsewhere
I needed to fill a few fine cracks and snowplow damage on our blacktop driveway from last winter before having our driveway sealed this Spring. I have used this product in the past and it is easy to use, and seems to hold up well. I could not find this in the local big box stores, and was happy to find this at Amazon. Price was good too.

As easy as frosting a cake!
I had a lot of cracks in my driveway. I really thought I was going to have to replace it. I power washed the cracks and let it dry overnight. I started to fill the cracks and I was amazed how easy it was. The viscosity of the asphalt allowed it to flow and a gentle push on the handle filled the channel to the bottom. I used a putty knife to smooth it out. I'm not done yet, but, it looks 100% better already. Great product.

Decent driveway caulk
Worked much better than the dried out, expired stuff depot sold me. Also cost a little less in a 4 pack.

Definitly works well and looks good.
I horribly underestimated how much I needed for my 3,000sqft driveway… I thought it was in really good condition with just a few small cracks on the edges…. Let me just say I bought 2 and could have used 10. It does not go a long way at all however it leaves a very nice clean result and has held up over the past few months. We shall see how it does through winter. Lot of the other stuff seems to eventually shrink and crack and just peel up. I used this and smoothed it with a putty knife. Then sealed the entire driveway.

Great product
I had never used this type of patch before and didn't know what to expect. On a particularly warm day, I had my motorcycle on the center stand on a friend's blacktop driveway, and of course it left a couple of holes in the surface. A couple of weeks later I discovered this product and decided to give it a try next time I visited. I didn't do much preparation (or anything at all, actually) but just squeezed out enough of this patch to fill the holes and used a putty knife to smooth it off on top. That was a few months ago, and the patch has become virtually invisible. This stuff works great!

So far it's the best
I had my driveway resurfaced 7 years ago. In the past two years small crack were appearing and I used various crack fillers that I'd purchased in local hardware stores to pour into the cracks. All of them were garbage. They were hard to pour, they didn't fill the cracks, and they all turned almost white and started to chip off. This year I decided to try this Red Devil Elastomeric crack filler. The tube says it's good for 55-feet. Uh, yeah, maybe if you were trying to cover cracks that were no bigger than 1/8 of an inch. I'd say realistic expectations would be 20 to 25-feet per tube for average small cracks. Aside from the coverage issue, I found it easy to apply, and very easy to clean up with just some paper towels and washing the putty knife under warm water. It's been 2 months since I patched the cracks in the drive way and they're still looking great. The patch pretty much matches the asphalt of the driveway and all of the cracks are still sealed with no failure of the patching so far. The true test will be to see how it fares over the winter, but it's doing better than any of the other products I've used so far.

works great for deep asphalt crack on edge of driveway
goes on midnight blue, dries black, easy to apply with a caulk gun and a putty knife but have lots of paper towels handy, it can get messy. i used it to fill in the deeper cracks on the edges of an asphalt driveway and it did a good job both functionally and aesthetically (i filled the cracks a couple mm short of the top to minimize the visibility of it, its a decent color match for 3 year old asphalt but not perfect).

Easy to use - works great!
Easy to use, spreads easily with a putty knife. Used it to patch some cracks in my asphalt driveway to prevent water from entering and expanding when freezing temperatures come. A bit on the expensive side but would still recommend!

Better than 'pour in' crack fillers
This product blends in nicely with the asphalt because of its textured flat finish. The colour is dark grey when wet but it dries flat black. There is still flexibility to the product even when fully cured. This should handle the freeze thaw cycle better than the rigid crack filler. Deeper cracks ~ 1" will take several days to fully cured although the surface dries within 24 hrs. Tips: 1. Use a stiff wire brush followed by a soft bristle brush to thoroughly clean out the area ( even if you pressure wash or blow the surface with a leaf blower). This will facilitate maximum adhesion. 2. Use a drywall knife or putty knife to blend the caulk with surrounding asphalt. 3. Try and remove all vegetation in the crack by the root because they will grow through this product before it fully cured.

Works fine
I applied it to a crack across my driveway. A tube was enough for about 4-5 meters. It took a few days to completely harden while the top layer dried in about one hour, so you have a few minutes to apply and spread with a putty knife (I spread to the sides too to improve the adherence). When dry, it looks like dark asphalt with a sand-mixed texture. If you have old asphalt that is already grey, the colour will not match. Thumbs up, please, if you found it useful.

So far, 90%
Moved into a house that had a lot of cracks in the driveway. I tried some of that liquid filler from CanTire first. It was so easy to apply, but it shrunk so much that by next year it all needed to be done again. So last year I tried a couple tubes of this stuff just to try in one area. It takes much longer to apply, pretty much need to use a scraper or puttyknife to smooth it into and over the crack. One tube doesn't do a lot. I had a few areas that cracked in a multiple circular patterns where tires sit constantly. By the following year it had shrunk just a little bit, looked 90% still good. So this year I got a bunch of tubes and did the whole driveway making sure to provide a good overlap of the crack to allow for a bit of shrinkage. I let it cure for a few weeks and then put down a couple coats of rubberized driveway seal. I can't even see the cracks anymore.
