Would rather go barefoot

Very disappointed with these shows for my 10 yr old. The bottom is extremely slippery when it is wet, causing the foot to slide around in the shoe...the Velcro on the fastener is on the opposite sides, the rough part is what touches the top of your foot leaving blisters and scratches, unless you strap your shoe exactly right (and honestly I’m lucky just to get him to wear shoes, let alone take 10 minutes to make sure his straps are lined up 100% correctly). Sent them back and ordering the Sketchers.
