Safety Glasses
I have been using these safety glasses for years since I am required to wear in construction work. Pyramex are the best for comfort and are a high quality reader as well. I don’t wear nothing but these!

Safety and shooting glasses.
I needed bifocal safety glasses to see up close when I go to the range to practice shooting. Not many places sell bifocal safety glasses without going prescription. They are a little easy to scratch, but if your careful they should work fine. I also bought the slightly tinted and the sun glasses.

The best made!
I have tried several bifocal safety glasses, and finally I have found the ones I will buy again and again. These are extremely comfortable, extremely lightweight, they don't fall off, and the Bifocal part of them is the perfect size, not too high and not too low. I love these!

The bifocal is amazing but I'm not a fan of the tint.
The bifocal, the reason you're considering these safety glasses, is very clear for both near and far viewing. As other commenters have mentioned, it would be nice if the bifocal was larger, or at least higher up, as trying to read anything over head height requires you to bend your head awkwardly all the way back until it touches your shoulders, but I suppose that's the difference between bifocals and reading glasses. They stay in place well, though they appear to be designed to squeeze your head to stay in place rather than rest on your ears which was becoming painful by the end of the first week, but from the second week on I haven't noticed any significant discomfort. That said, I'd prefer it if the part of the arms that touched your head were padded or at least smooth. The yellow tint is supposed to increase contrast and depth perception and make low-light environments seem brighter but I found the opposite to be the case. Additionally, it makes it very hard to distinguish between orange and red and green and blue. Unless your concern about blue light (which is bad for your eyes) is greater than your need to distinguish colours and see clearly (but only slightly -- they're still usable), I'd recommend buying the clear option instead.
