Food for 2-3 miles

Pros: super cute, waterproof and excellent grip on slippery rocks. Wide size fit well. Cons: they are good for 2-3 mile hikes at most. Have tried them on 4 different trails and surfaces. I even put extra cushion insoles into them to no avail.

Didn't fit, too narrow, sent back

I wear Propet shoes almost exclusively so I'm very familiar with them. The just don't stock wide widths in my size very often..

Fit smaller than my size

Other than the shoe not being wide enough for my foot, they felt great. Sturdy and had they fit, felt like I would have had a lot of support.

It is not as wide as previous versions of Propet XW Hiking Boots.

It did not feel like an extra wide boot, I had to return them. I've had a previous pair of Propet's extra wide hiking boots and the fit was much better. However, the boot looked great and would have been comfortable if it had fit.

Works for me!

I have big, wide feet because I am about 6 ft tall. I chose these boots because of the price (for my size, 12w) in a quick impulsive decision so my husband and I can start our hiking journeys. I’ve never purchased hiking boots before so I figured I would give it a go as a starting point. So far these have worked nicely. I am still breaking them in and haven’t done anything too crazy yet but they are comfortable and wide enough for me.

Good hiking boot

Like the boot style and that’s it’s waterproof. Fit is good on my good foot; however, it kills the ball of my foot (just my problem foot). I tried different insoles but get no relief. I would still recommend the boot though.

Nice Hiking Shoe

I love Propet shoes. This hiking shoe is good quality for the price . However they run a bit too small in the shoe length. I wear a 6.5 wide. That size pushed on my toes. I had to return and recorder 4 times before I got the correct shoe. I ordered a size up to a 7 wide and twice they sent a 7.5 Xtra wide. That was way roo big.. This was frustrating. Finally they sent a 7 wide. I'm happy with the fit. These are solid and water proof. They are made more like a boot with great tread for snow and hiking. Make sure to order a 1/2 size up.

Not a fan, which surprised me

I LOVE Propet shoes, my favorite brand as I need extra width. I was quite happy to see the company venture into hiking boots. When I tried them on, they were comfy, but I didn’t find them to be nearly as sturdy as other hiking boots. On balance though, Propet shoes are awesome.

Love this pair , very comfy , yet hold and supports your feet ,. I am very fussy with shoes , have back pain , neuropathy , tried many models and makes , Will get a summer equivalent if the make it , and quality

Enfin une chaussure vraiment large!

Ça a été tellement long et pénible de trouver une chaussure de randonnée adaptée à mes pieds extra larges et hauts. Je suis vraiment heureuse de cet achat. Je peux enfin faire des randonnées avec ma famille en tout confort!
