really weird leather--love to know what animal it came off of
Toe box was narrow as ordered... but the heel was not narrow. Minimal arch support or padding in the bottom, but the tongue was heavily padded.

Toe size small
This is the fourth pair of Propet that I purchased from Amazon,and is the only pair in which it is not a true size.The other Propets that I have are great.A little big in the heel,but still ok.I cannot wear these because it is crushing my toe,and since I always have spare pairs of shoes i do not try them on right away.Unfortunately I will not be ordering Propet again,as I am concerned that the same thing will happen.

Well made shoe. Very comfortable.
This is the second pair of these shoes I have purchased for my Mom in a matter of days. She is 85 years old and in Assisted Living. She had gotten to the point where she could no longer tie her shoes due to arthritis in her hands. The double velcro strap design solved that problem for her. She wears one orthotic (sp) and says it works well in these shoes. She says they are the most comfortable shoes she has had in a long time. She is a slim lady with fairly narrow feet but does have swelling at the ankles and they fit her well. She uses a walker and logs many "miles" in the halls each day and says she feels very safe walking in them.

Comfort and quality
I've been wearing Propet Tour Walker Strap Sneakers for many years now, this is my third pair. I have difficulty with closed-toe shoes but these are very comfortable. To ensure there is ample room in the toe, I do order a half size larger and then wear heavier socks with them. They last forever, it seems, and one pair I have in white is still basically new even though it's more than 8 years old. The pair I just ordered is to replace a black pair that I had just as long but had worn for several months this last year doing very dirty clean-up chores on my sister's farm. I decided it was time to toss the old pair and get a new pair. I couldn't be happier with them.

Quality products and Customer Service!
This company (FootSmart) was recommended to me by a physical therapist for my 92-yr old mother, who had recently been fitted for a custom-ankle brace. The shies arrived promptly and were obvioysly a quality product and they weighed next to nothing - unfortunately, they did not work for my mother. i returned them for an exchange, this time ordering shoes for myself - a completely different look/style, but w/the same 6-mo warranty, etc. They are a tennis-shoe slide, in a bright fuschia! Have rec'd many compliments!m Extremely comfortable, and as expected from FootSmart, a quality product! Yes, the prices are a little bit higher than their competitors - but worth every cent. I highly recommend their products and them!

Consistent quality, to prior pair I wore 8 years.
Yes I bought this pair of shoes 8 years ago in beige and held up through the flood. At one point they were under water. They dried and washed perfectly and I just put in a new insole. So I bought the same brand in white, and they fit great. I threw out all my other sneakers, even some name brand. For a diabetic 2 person, these are perfect. I like that they come in wide. Very stable. It's actual leather, and it makes a big difference.

Good shoe - needed to get a wider width
I needed to have a shoe that had removable insole for my prescription orthotics. This was the 2nd pair I ordered - I needed to get the 2E width, where normally I would need a D width in Propet brand shoes. I'm guessing this means that this shoe might run a little narrow. However, the fit with the extra width is great.
