Nice boot

Really, my only complaint is no heal loop to help this stiff old guy get his shoes on when the dog is telling me I better hurry. Otherwise, I like this boot better than any I've bought (some still nearly new and sitting on the shelf) in years. I have huge and wide wide wide feet, but this is comfortable for hours on a concrete floor and I have a arch-support footbed on order which, I trust, will make it perfect (except for the loop). I can't lace it to the top or it chafes my shins but wrap the laces around the base of the boottop to use up the extra length and they flex nicely like that. I wouldn't complain if it had even more insulation, but that would have been off-the-charts. As it is, I put up with the 'putting-on' struggle and bless the manufacturer for an otherwise excellent fit for this 15EEE barnboot guy.

Perfect for my stupid, giant man feet.

Being a woman with large feet is super depressing in terms of cuteness. But these shoes are fairly good looking and more importantly, they fit exactly how I needed them to fit. I'm excited to keep ordering from this company.

Great boots

My son loves his boots. He’s wearing them everywhere because they are so comfortable. He wears a size 15, which isn’t always available, or if it is, they’re not well-constructed. These boots are great, he says.

First 6e I ever bought.. HEAVEN!

Wore about 5 days now and very comfortable now. At first one boots top/above ankle area was poky and annoyed me but I persevered and now its lost its new stiffness and is finally comfortable. Been buying 4E's for years knowing I need 6e's but never finding any shoes of any kind in 14 6e. These are the first 14 6e's I've had and am very happy with the fit. Been thru around 6 inches or water and snow with no leakage. It's been abnormally cold and these being uninsulated still likely because of the water proofness have kept my feet just warm enough.

Wonderful wide boot

I like everything about this boot except one thing, and that’s how much it keeps your feet warm. In -10 to 10 degrees F weather your feet get cold fairly soon so there’s not real great warm lining in there, so you gotta wear good socks. But it’s the only boot that is extremely comfortable, looks stylish, and only boot that fits my wide 4E feet that I can find on the internet.

Great multi-purpose boots

I use these for yardwork (wood stacking/splitting mostly), snow clearing, and casual hiking. Two years on, I've had to replace the bootlaces once but the boots themselves are as functional as the day they arrived at my door. A bit loose, but I have weird feet and the problem is easily fixed by simply wearing a normal pair of socks under my wool socks, a necessity for the cold weather regardless. Have tweaked my ankle a few times while hiking but they hold up very well. Often forget to take them off after working, they're so comfortable.

Finally!!!

I am a 8.5-4E in Men’s shoes. I have flat feet. I walk like a duck. And my feet supinate. Flat feet are not suppose to supinate. I also have hammer toes as a result of wearing ill fitting shoes for years. I cannot wear women’s shoes at all. I have worked outdoors for 18 years. I waited too long to buy boots. Most of the retail stores around me already have flip flops and sandals but no boots. None of the outdoor stores (REI, Cabelas, Dan’s, Bass Pro shops) had anything that fit me. Out of desperation, I got a winter boot from Columbia that was not wide enough but was my best option. I saw the Propet on Amazon and ordered it. I waited till these came in before I wore the Columbia’s ( I returned them) This is the first winter boot that’s has ever fit me. I can even wear thicker socks. Amazon has an amazing return policy so I ordered a 9xx wide and the 8.5xx wide. I usually have to go a half size up for winter boots. The 9xx wide was too large so I returned them. I no longer work outdoors but these are my snowy days winter boots. They are warm and cozy. The only downside is that they are heavy. I suppose a good winter boot should be on the heavy side. They do feel like they will hold up for a few years. It’s been pretty great so far this season. I liked these shoes so much that I am hoping that the Propet women’s winter boot fit me. It would be nice to have cute winter boots for once. I already have a pair saved on my wish list.

Great boot - tip for wearing it in!

When you first get these they feel like ski boots if you lace them up all the way. Start at the bottom and wear them until they feel too loose. Move up one, wear it, repeat.

Excellent product. I have wide feet and find it difficult to find winter boots that fit. These have felt great right away. Warm also. And waterproof. All that you need and at a reasonable price

Good customer service.

There was nothing wrong with this product - it was too big. That is the reason for the return. ShoeCo.Shoe has processed my refund. It took a little longer than expected but apparently that was due to a shipping mix up. I appreciate ShoeCo.Shoe reaching out to me to clarify the matter and their good faith gesture. That is an example of good customer service. For that reason I won't hesitate to buy a product from them in future.

I bought these for my 6 ft high 14 yr old grandson. We had a hard time getting shoes due to his double extra wide shoes. He loves these winter boots and they fit perfectly. He snow blows our yard and 2 0r 3 neighbours' yards. His feet stay dry and warm. NOT A DAMNED THING. AMAZON GIVES NADA FOR REVIEWS. GOTTA START MENTIONING OTHER COMPANIES IN THESE REVIEWS TO SEE IF THEY STOP PESTERING ME. THIS SHOULD STOP THIS REVIEW BEING AIRED.

Not perfect but still the best for me...

I have had Morton's neuroma for some time and my feet were very sensitive. I could not find ANY winter boots that were wide enough for me. I ordered the 2X width and so far it's been great. These boots don't look stylish in any way. They are OK looking, but mostly functional. They are well insulated for cold and snow. But they feel a bit heavy and the shell is a bit hard. They are still more comfortable than they look. Anyway, after trying and returning many much more expensive brands from different retailers, Propet is the only brand that offered a real extra wide shoe that finally worked for me. And that outweighs any drawbacks it may have.
