Only 2 sizes.
Overall a good brace but only 2 sizes. My chiropractor suggested the small for me. It hurts my hand between the thumb & pointer finger. Don't know if a large would work better.

Works like it's supposed to
I bought this wrist band to prevent my wrist from bending too much at night while I sleep. I'd been having wrist pain and couldn't figure out the source, finally realized it was the way I slept. This band fits very comfortably and does the trick. I usually take a medium size but I got the large and it was a wise choice, the medium would have been too small.

I have very small hands so I orderd a size small. It is very small and tight and the velco kind of rubs on your skin. I still wear it during exercising but it takes a couple of minutes until properly adjusted so it doesnt bother me.

Very good
This is a very good wrist brace. The only issue is that the thin neoprene that goes around your thumb can start hurting your hand if you wear it for extended period of athletic activity. But it's very well made, no problems. Mine was not blue, as shown in the picture, it is black, which is good.

Not large enough
My hands aren't that large, I purchased the large size support and it's either so tight that it cuts off my circulation or the velcro is against my skin and abrading it.

Help stabilize wrist
Helps keep wrist straight during work outs and is much lighter and smaller than a normal wrist brace. the velcro will itch your skin if youre not careful about how you place the straps.
