I think it's good

I don't know anything about putting up screen so listen to the pros. But I was able to use this easily to do a samll screen repair on my porch so definitely good for the casual screener lol

Works great

This was my first experience replacing screens and this worked great. I used it to replace three screens in Anderson screen doors. The first one took about 45 minutes and the last one took about 20 minutes. If you are replacing an old screen, you might be able to reuse the old material if it isn’t too brittle. Be sure to order the correct size by measuring the gap in your door or window frame.

Works as advertised

Really helped me I had 7 43" x 60" screens to replace. Saved a lot of money by not having to buy them individually.

Good product, but the packaging failed.

This was my 2nd reel purchased. The first reel came in a box. All good. This time the reel was in a plastic bubble-wrap bag. The reel broke, presumably in transit, the 250 ft. of spline unraveled causing a birds nest of a mess and the bag was also split open. Apart from that everything was fine. The spline product itself is very good.

Fit perfectly

Removed the old piece and replaced it; worked and fit great. Please remember to use the right tool to replace the spline.

Seemed to work well. A little hard to get in the groove, even with the proper tool, but on a warmer day it went in easier so maybe keep it warm before using.
