PERFECT fit and super easy to install.
I strongly recommend these replacement PRIME-LINE D 1607 Wheel Roller Assembly, 1 Pack, Steel. Most doors use two. These were a less than 10 minute swap of hardware with two screws each. NOTE, if your screws were corroded or damaged, you will need to buy those separately as these do not come with replacement screws. That was not an issue for me but thought you might want to know that. Installation note, be sure to adjust the wheel height to match your prior tension wheels before installation. You do this with a medium screw driver (Flat Head or Philips) on the side of each unit. If you don't, you might find that they protrude too much and prevent you from reinstalling the door. I read some folks horror stories of grinding the track, etc. on some reviews. I am dumbfounded at that choice. Hope this helps some folks that don't notice the adjustment head on the side of the unit. One of two cautions, pay special attention to the measurement for the installation screws and measure from the center of the hole on the original unit. There are two options for these replacement tension rollers that I found on Amazon and I bought both just to be sure. The other ( Slide-Co 13808-S Sliding Patio Door Roller Assembly, 1-1/4 in. Wheel Diameter, Steel Ball Bearing Wheels ) is visually almost identical except the installation holes are slightly different. Fortunately, with free returns, I was able to return the others. Second of two cautions, short of being a very large person with a wide "wing span" and the strength to go with it, don't be a hero/heroine and remove/replace the door alone off/on the track. It is a much quicker and safer process that way. AND, much less expensive than replacing a broken slider door. I didn't have this issue but I am aware of coworker that wound up stumbling and breaking his slider trying to do it alone.

Perfect replacement for Truth 30410
I usually don't write reviews but after replacing the old Truth 30410 rollers of my sliding patio door, 30 years old, I was so pleased with the result that I had to write one. It was very easy to replace the old rollers with these new ones. Now, you can slide the door with just one finger. I hope they last several years at least.

Fixed our stuck sliding door
This was just what the sliding door doctor ordered. Our slider door is 22 years old and was not sliding without a lot of muscle behind the effort. We had taken out the old and cleaned out the rust and applied WD40 and the door was sliding without an issue. However, when we took out the mechanism, I measured it and ordered this one just in case. Good thing! Our repair lasted about 2 weeks and the wheels locked up again. This time we popped out the old and installed the new. It went in easily and quickly. The only problem we had was that my family initially went flying whenever they opened the door because it was gliding so well. I will probably buy another to have on hand in case the other mechanism fails. I would recommend this product.

Good, but might require some modification of the mounting position
I bought two of these to replace very similar units made by Truth. I thought from the description that this item was exactly the same as the ones I was replacing, but when I installed them I found that the wheels would not retract far enough to allow me to reinstall the door. Careful examination revealed the critical difference: the mounting flanges on these units are flush with the body, whereas the flanges on the Truth units were about 3/16" lower. I did manage to make them work by mounting them inside the door framework, which was difficult since it required making a nut stick to the backside of the flange until I could put the unit in place and get a machine screw started in the nut. The quality of the D 1607 is okay. They roll as well as the Truth units and are reasonably quiet. One difference, however, makes them less nice than the Truth units. The vertical adjustment screw changes the height of the door in discrete steps rather than in a linear manner. It would be possible that no step would fall in the ideal place for a particular door. I would recommend this roller assembly, but I would warn buyers to check the dimension of the mounting flanges and be prepared to make some modifications if it's not the same as the one you are replacing.

Perfect fit. Makes the sliding door like new.
I replaced an old worn one on the back porch. I had no idea how rotten the old one was and should have done it sooner. Instructions are spare but the device use is pretty clear if you are replacing an old one. My only regret/time loss was my continued attempts to see how the leveling screw worked before I put it in. The thing seems to be require the weight of the door to give adequate resistance to the screw's leveling function. If I had just put it in, then adjusted it, it would have gone fine without unnecessary guessing by me. One caveat about ANY glass door: they are HEAVIER than you think and you will find the removal portion of the job easier and safer with two people, certainly at least to turn the door on its side, if not to remove it from the frame per se.

Perfect fit for our 33 year old sliding glass door!
I didn't realize how worn out the rollers were on our wood framed sliding glass door until we installed these babies. WOW! It used to take 2 hands to open & close our sliding glass door. Then one day...it just wouldn't open at all. We discovered that 1 of the roller assemblies was worn out completely & no longer worked. With the door being so old, I was really concerned that we wouldn't be able to find replacement rollers. (Our sliding door was manufactured in the late 1980's by Peachtree Doors, who are no longer in business.) This door is heavy, but it can now be easily opened & closed with with 1 finger!

These made my life so much easier!
Our patio doors were sticking so bad, we had to use both hands to pull it open or to close it. It was a bear to remove the door (no fault to this product), but the rollers went in like a dream and I can now close my door with 2 fingers, instead of two hands. Well worth the money!
