Only time will tell
Received it promptly and looks like everything is in there. Dont know if it works yet, its been on the table patiently waiting to be installed. It watches my husband walks past it 2-3 times a day for over a month now. Once it gets installed, i’ll let you know if it works!

Will not power MagSafe Charger
I should have looked more carefully at the description. The USB C works fine if you use a USB C / lightning cable attached to your phone, but it won't power my MagSafe charger. Only 2.1 amps. Otherwise it is well-made and the included directions are clearly written.

DEFECTIVE ITEM - USB C, No Power - DO NOT BUY
The outlet, gfci part of the item works. I bought this item specifically to have a charger in the bathroom at all times. Both USB C ports do not generate any power, and you are unable to use them. I placed two separate orders, and both items were defective. DO NOT BUY

Doesn't charge rapidly
This is the only dual USB C GFCI outlet I can find, but it doesn't charge fast enough for me.

No fast charge
For some reason I thought the USB C ports would provide super fast charge, but they don't. So, I decided to put this outlet in my bathroom and use it for devices other than my phone. I have a razor and a trimmer that both charge with a C cable and this outlet works great for that. It's was easy to install and looks fantastic.

GFCI Plus Charging
To be honest upfront: we weren't able to use this. It's not the product's fault. It seems we have a short in our house. It did, in fact, trip the way it's supposed to. Our house's electric system wasn't correct and it recognized the power leak. I did install a different GFCI on the same outlet to test it and had the same result. I will say that all GFCI devices are very thick as a whole. This one is 1 7/8" thick. All the outlets in my home that I had to replace necessitated me removing the old shallow boxes to be replaced with a deeper box. Mine was particularly shallow and I think this is just the territory with pre-1970s homes. I do intend to try to install this somewhere else, so I'll circle back if anything crazy happens. Update: I replaced a known working GFCI in our kitchen with this device so that I can troubleshoot the circuit that has the issue. It is certainly an upgrade with the tamper plugs and the two USB-C charging ports. I think one of the most useful things to get acquainted with within this new age of rechargeable devices is the limitations of wattage and charging speed. This product indicates that 2.0A is shared between the two ports. This seems to be from my USB tester to be about at 5V. This is pretty standard for a generic iPhone charger but is split between the two ports. That would be about 10W total for both. For very power-hungry devices like my MacBook, the factory charger is an absurd 96W. I honestly would never expect anything but a dedicated charger to run and charge my crazy-hungry laptop. Most smartphones charge at a max of 30W. I really can't fault the product for being honest about the limitations of the charging capacity. The construction feels solid, the outlet feels hefty and solid, I maybe would have wanted more wattage for the charging ports but I am fine to safely charge my devices overnight. I will update if I find any issues.

Questionable design choice to go with USB C
I ordered this Radiant GFCI/USB outlet fully knowing that it was USB C only. I wanted it mostly for the GFCI feature and anti-tamper resistance because I have young kids. USB C has the advantage of being reversible -- you don't have to mess with plug orientation when plugging in the cable. But going with USB C only is an odd design decision for an outlet, considering how widespread USB A is. For me, this is a limitation that greatly reduces the outlet's versatility. USB A has been around for 25 years, but only more recent phones and devices use USB C. I only have a few cables that are USB C to USB C, but a whole house full of cables with USB A on one end and something else -- Lightning, USB C, USB micro, or USB mini. The outlet is manufactured by Legrand, which is a solid brand. Being first with GFCI and a USB outlet doesn't matter when it's the wrong kind of USB. If you want USB A + USB C + GFI, look at thisRadiant 15A Tamper-Resisant Self-Test GFCI USB Type-A/C Outlet White instead. The outlet is very deep, so make sure you have enough room in your box for the install. I don't remember how deep my other GFCI's are.

Another well-built product from Legrand, but doesn't provide much power to USB-C
I used this to replace as standard GFCI outlet in my bathroom. Even though I don't have a need for USB there, I think it's a good way to update the outlet. USB-C and adapters should be in use for another 15 years at least, and this gives me another option for charging without having to use an adapter. It has four screws and a ground. I added it to a box that has 4 outlets so I pigtailed it with the others by running to the load and lines and left the sticker on the other two screws since I wasn't using them. The form factor is no larger than a standard GFCI so I didn't have to expand the box any and was able to get it pushed in. If you are using it in a single gang box that did not previously have a GFCI, make sure it is deep enough to fit. Installation was easy and it works perfectly. I like the tiny red light that shows you the GFCI has been tripped. I only gave it four stars because the USB-C only has a shared 2.0 amps. That is ridiculously small compared to other USB-C outlets and you might get 10w total or 5 on each port if using them simultaneously. It is probably good enough for a cell phone or something else that draws little power but not much else. I use it for my electric toothbrush and it is plenty of power.
