Works great at reminding me to stand or sit with proper posture. Would be 5 stars if they found a way to not let the arm straps hurt from time to time.

Where has this been all my life?
I have Kyphosis in my thoracic spine. For the uninitiated that means I have a bit of a hunchback. I've seen all kinds of doctors that couldn't do anything for me. I even saw one to get a custom fitted brace made up, but it's too painful to wear. This posture corrector has been a godsend and I'm incredibly disappointed that I never saw a doctor that recommended something like this. I'd been having terrible neck pain and tightness due to my hunching and this has helped me keep my shoulders back and loosened my neck right up, and it's not painful to wear. I've been wearing it over an insulated undershirt and it's perfectly comfortable to wear all day long, and even in the car. I do have to pull it down a lot, but I'm a mechanic and I do lots of bending and twisting so it's kind of expected. Sizing was accurate.

Not for anyone with weight or sizable stomach
I bought this thinking that it would be what I needed to help my transition period to standing straighter and taller after having lost 80 pounds in eight months (and still working on losing more). There are a lot of core muscles on my body to build up and no item alone will be a magical cure, but merely a support system as I work on those core muscles. However, I still have a tummy, so that's strike one. This product, despite what it claims, is pretty much for slim people, despite what sizes are offered. If you have any sizable tummy, the brace will either have to rest above it, be pulled below it, or squish your stomach. The first two impact how the brace is worn, and the third just hurts. Furthermore, the shoulder straps are hard as heck to get on if you do the waist strap first, and they really cut into your arm pits hard. The foam padding on the straps does nothing to prevent this. The funny thing is, my back and shoulders were indeed supported, but at the cost of more pain and discomfort elsewhere. I wore this for half a day before I gave up and took it off. It's pretty sad when I'd rather just deal with the back pain straight up and go braceless. I am returning the product, and I do not recommend this to anybody who has any weight or stomach to them. Even if you're losing weight like I am and just need the extra support to transition during core muscle build-up, this product just doesn't cut it. Look elsewhere for your back/shoulder support needs.

brace works great
If you need a good brace to help pull the shoulders back while supporting the the stomach and back this is the brace for you. I use it when a walk. Without it I couldn't go 100 feet. It allows me to walk a mile with comfort.

Posture support
This is great if you have a tendency to slump when working. I use it when I do yard work, therefore, I don't have backache when I finish.
