Beautiful shoe
Love the color, love the style. I couldn't decide between the 9.5 or 9.5 wide, settled on the 9.5 amd they're a bit tight right out of the box. They're comfortable enough to wear to go out or run a few errands, but definitely wouldn't try to wear all day or do a lot of walking until they're broken in a bit. I kept the 9.5 because I think they'll fit perfect once they're broken in a bit.

Great boots
The color is sort of a plum purple. I am a teacher and on my feet 95% of the day. The high of the heel is perfect. I ordered a 8.5 wide and the fit was perfect. I probably would have been good with the 8.0 wide but I am keeping these to ware with thick socks as I live in cold Michigan. These also feel really sturdy. I am 5'9 and 205 lbs so I need sturdy heels for all day ware. Highly recommend.

Color is off
Not really the taupe pictured or taupe at all it's more like a beige, greenish gray color. Which isn't what I wanted to wear with a lot of things. And note the cheapness of how the straps are just cut and sewn on. I wouldn't say these were worth the price but not a terrible boot and not uncomfortable.

Great quality for the price! And comfortable!
The faux nubuck leather in the taupe does NOT look faux! The boots are gorgeous and feel well made. They are very comfortable. I like that these have a less exaggerated lug sole. They are very on trend without being too casual. I feel comfortable wearing these to the corporate office on casual Fridays! In the photo it showed up slightly lighter but they are a truly neutral taupe color. Styling hint: The color is almost an exact match to a certain designer brand that sells bags in a motty gray color.
