Install Template Would Have Hepled

High quality, sturdy toilet tissue holder. Very pleased with the overall quality of the piece and its design. As it is a hinged closure, requires a bit more precision on the install. Several baby gates and even towel bars have used a section of the paper directions as per-measured templates for marking drill holes. Wish they would do the same. Marked out my own based on the measurements in the diagram, used a level...things still came out not quiet right. The old holder's holes were just off enough that they interfered with this one's install...so now I get to add drywall patch and paint to the previously quick upgrade project. Should have guessed it wouldn't be that easy.

This is the one you want

By far the best one I’d ever had and will only ever buy , it solved the ongoing issue Iv had since my kids learned to walk . I don’t know why they do it but they do and it drives me crazy , my kids would take the middle part that holds the roll of Tp and misplace it … the most important part would go missing . Of course nobody would fess up to who took it out of the holder or where it went . It seriously was an ongoing issue . I’d find it and put it back and a few weeks later it would disappear again from the bathroom and I’d find it someplace it didn’t belong and I’d put it back where it belonged . It was making me frustrated. I love that this one has the piece attached so it can not go missing ever again !! Thank you for making this so functional and beautiful! I’m no longer checking to make sure my Tp holder is intact . I really should not have had to replace it but here we are . At least it was a fixable problem . Kids are so fun. I love the finish on this , it’s a nice upgrade from the one we had . Great quality !

Good quality heavy holder

Attractive and quite heavy gauge. Well known brand. The roller bar side has a groove cut in the underside so that it fits nicely into the mating joint on the other side, so your placement holes have a little wiggle room. No complaints at all. I would recommend. Only thing I would improve would be to change the allen wrench secure screws in the bottom to be standard flat head or phillips head screws instead. It comes with a small allen wrench; I would suggest putting some tape on it and you are able to secure it like I did into the long grove under the roller for future need. Stainless steel version is what I got. For $32 for that version I think is a definitely fair price for a well made holder.

Beautiful!

Ok so I never thought I'd say that toilet paper roll holder is beautiful but this one takes the cake! It's a modern looks but also somewhat industrial without looking too much look machinery. The subtle hints in the design really makes this hardware standout. It was an easy install, just be sure to measure and line everything up while figuring out the placement. I love this type of design with the swing arm. Much better than the old spring design with a loose peice cause now there's no extra part that you could potentially lose if you're clumsy while changing a tp roll. I got the matte stainless steel finish and it's beautiful. I'm going to have to get the rest of the set now to complete the look!

excellent quality and looks great

This Delta toilet paper holder is very well made and looks great. It's also wide enough and far enough away from the wall to hold MEGA rolls. I was able to easily install in a few minutes but there was one issue. I followed the instructions and put the holders 6 5/8" apart. But the distance isn't enough and so the arm folds down very tight to the holder (so tight that the arm barely closes if you push hard). If I were doing it over again I'd add another 1/8" to the distance because you can be overly wide and it will still work, but you can't be too short or it won't close. Just a heads up.

Stylish and modern looking toilet paper holder

My house was built 20 years ago, so my bathroom fixtures are very outdated and in some cases downright ugly. I have been trying to replace them all as I have time. I recently ordered a Delta Saylor faucet for my guest bathroom, so I have decided to standardize on this style for that room. It was easy to replace my old toilet paper holder with this new one. I love the swing arm design. It makes it much easier to replace the toilet paper as needed.
