IT WORKS!
I've only had this thing for about a week and I've already gained a half inch in length and increased girth as well. Wife is very pleased! LOL! You need to research how to use these things properly before you start or you could potentially hurt yourself. I found a couple of great websites that explains how to use one of these in conjunction with manual stretching exercises and have already gotten a 'workout routine' going. I'm sure I wont continue to grow this fast. A little immediate increase in length and girth at first is normal, but then the size increase becomes more gradual. However I feel confident that with routine use of this thing and the stretching exercises I can eventually gain another inch or more permanently. Mine leaks a little too, but I think that's a good thing. If I ever fall asleep in bed while using this thing at least the slow leak would release it from me and I wont wake up with a blue penis! Also, the silicon sleeve at the base will last longer if you put some lube on it before insertion. You'll get a better seal that way too. The silicon sleeves will eventually tear, that's why you can find replacement sleeves right here on amazon for just a few bucks. The only criticism I have is that the tube is smoke colored. It's better if it's clear so you can see if you start to experience any skin discolorations while using it. For the price this is a great product and I would recommend to a friend. 4/17/13 UPDATE: Been using this product with the stretching exercises average about 3 times a week. I've gained about an inch in length and increased girth since I started using it. The little release valve on the top started leaking so bad the thing wouldn't hold a seal any more. My solution was to take a pair of pliers and pull the little release valve center piece out completely. Now I use the pump by holding one finger over the hole where the release valve is. Like this I get a better seal than I did when the thing was new. I only use it for 10 minutes at a time and it's not that hard to hold my finger over the valve for 10 minutes. I am however downgrading the product from 5 stars to 4 since it did start leaking so bad the product would have been useless had I not "MacGyvered" it.

Great and cheap!
This is my second or third pump. The pump it’s self is great the tube is a little long but actually nice to have the option. The tube is a great size in length/diameter. Wish they made it clear so you could see how your member looks and the length. I couldn’t use the sleeve even with trying to cut it down to make the hole bigger. I actually prefer using them without a sleeve. Hard to find a pump over 8” and want to try and reach new lengths and this will do it. I would say it is a great pump for all sizes and especially for first time pumpers.

One of the weaknesses of this device is the rubber seal at bottom
I do notice a small difference in hard size, shapely and flacid state which at teh gym that is embaressing to have it disappear. I am small in size but my wife is so cute she likes it that way but noticed a difference in my size in about two weeks. I dont like having to use it everyday to increase size but it looks and feels a little bigger. Problem ; I did not use this device but once to twice ( did not want wife seeing this embaressing action, and wanted to surprise her) a week for about a 5 months and the rubber seal is already broken. They need to include about 10 of those seals or make them stronger. Once the rubbber seal to insert your ying yang thru starts to tear then your testicles can pull towards or into the tube making this a harmful and painful product. No comment on size . lol Also for you guys that are mechanically challenged. Hold the button down at top or the vacuum will not work at all. lol For those that the button leaks too much air, or the little rubber seal does not work, add some vaseline around the button to help the little gasket to work better, same around your YY for better seal at the bottom of the pump if too much air getting in, plus your YY may need to be moisturized thru this event. The handle is a plus , i bet its better than those plunger balls which may take awhile to vacuum.

well-made and the design is well thought out
I am 56 years old and I have some ED issues. I am comfortable with researching and purchasing tools or supplements that help with my condition. This is the only pump I have purchased. I made my purchase because of what I read in the reviews about the product. I got it out of the box and checked it out the day it came. I do not know what to compare this type of device with, however, I can say that for the money, it's well-made and the design is well thought out (I am a designer). The suction power is as advertised and you should be careful when using it. If it works for increasing size and I do increase in size I will need a lager pump in a few months (I missed the dimensions specs when I made my order). Nonetheless, I was pleased to see it is not a piece of novelty junk. I am hoping that the therapy works and that the pump is as reasonable in its durability as it is in its craftsmanship.

Tons of Suction, but WAY to tight for me.
This provides tons of suction. I Wish the tube was clear instead of smoked. The handle is easy to work with one hand. The seal at the bottom was way too tight for me though. I am going to have to cut/trim on it some to make it work (hopefully it won't ruin it). If you have to work to get in it, it won't come out with out some pain - learn from my mistake!!! Otherwise, if you never have had one, the feeling is pretty awesome, if you are on the edge - buy it.

Excellent quality for the money but do not mistake for medical grade
This pump works the way most men expect. It is easy to use but buyers must note that it does not include a stretch ring. You can find many good rings to go with this pump. The pump is not medical quality and does lose suction if you try to pump it too much. I would recommend this for couples looking for a little variety and for men who sometimes need a little help reaching full size.

Well Made
When deciding to buy this unit my choice was either a $70 plus piece or this for 15. Since we were unsure if pumping would be fun, we went with this one although we were concerned with the negative reviews on quality. Quality was more than fine and would give it 5 stars in that area. Pumping as an added kink was not all we had hoped for, but it had nothing to do with the tool.
