Color matches my theme.
I love flannel sheets. These aren't quite as soft as my other set, but still comfy.

Sheets
Deep pockets were not deep enough

Warm but shortcuts are obvious
UPDATE March 2017 These sheets continue to fall apart. The seems fall apart (they are obviously sewn carelessly, with insufficient material on each side of the seam so they just fall apart). Its a shame because these are the heaviest, warmest flannel sheets that I ever found, and they keep us quite comfortable in the winter. They do pill up, although the pills are smaller and stay attached (without stretching out) so they are more comfortable than most other flannel sheets we have had. Its a mixed bag, since these are portly made but are heavy and work well when they aren't falling apart. UPDATE June 2016 We have gone through several sets of these sheets (three to be exact) and have used them every day for six months straight now (we just switched them out for our summer set so its time for a long term review). These sheets are not well made, we had to return each of the three sets twice each because the areas where they are sewed together at the seams unravel (in different places in each set). After washing I found that these sheets shrank and pilled a lot. They are soft enough that you don't notice the pilling much while you are sleeping but its very visible. They also lost a huge amount of fiber every single time we ran them through the dryer throughout the entire six months. I still don't see how anyone gets these on an 18" mattress because they shrank so much that they barely fit on our antique style standard depth mattress. We purchased them all in Cal King size so maybe that size only comes with standard pockets. I'm not satisfied with these sheets and will not be buying them again. They are already falling apart at the seams and all the sets (including the ones that we sent back for replacement) became threadbare after a month of use). I was initially attracted to these sheets because they advertised them as being 200 gram, which they might be (I didn't want to cut them up to test them myself) but they lose so much fiber every time they run through the washer and dryer that they feel no better that the 80 gram set that I used to have. My conclusion os that they are make from very cheap fiber that barely holds together long enough to get them into the package, and all those loose fibers simply fall apart one they are run through the washer and dryer. For a 200 gram flannel sheet, this price is so low that I should have known that there was something wrong with them, now I know better and do not recommend them. ORIGINAL REVIEW These do feel warm when you slip into the bed on a cold winter night, but they are not well made, we had to return the first set because the pillowcase was not seen up the side (we could easily see the marks where the sewing machine went of course and folded the fabric under instead of sewing it together. Even though we washed them in cold water, gentle cycle then dried in the lowest gentlest dryer setting, this set pilled up immediately upon first use. The little bumps are uncomfortable although they aren't all that huge. They do not fee smooth to your hand (nor to you face) and feel like very old flannel instead of brand new ones. My suspicion is that they are using very short staple (short length) low cost cotton which works for normal sheets but is not ideal for flannel sheets. Flannel is made (usually) by brushing them with a metal bristled brush, which cuts some of the fibers and fluffs them up into the flannel texture. This is good for making a layer that traps warm air and work well in bed sheets but it works best if the cotton used is long staple cotton (having long threads instead of short fiber threads) it can withstand the brushing operation and still have plenty of long fibers to give it a smooth hand (smooth flat finish). These sheets do feel heavier than usual but strangely they don't feel any warmer, as best as I can tell. They have an odd stiff feeling to them. If you sleep in thick pajamas then these might not be worth it (they are so grippy that pajamas get a little stuck so they tug on you all night long). I doubt these would fit an 18" mattress because we have an old fashion standard thickness mattress and it barely first on that. They are also short on the pillow cases (the first pillow I have ever owned that do not cover all the way to the end of the pillows. The filled sheet barely makes it to the end of the mattress (I have to lift the mattress, wrap the fitted sheet around the corners then push the mattress down purposeful to make it flat again (because the sheets are too short and are too tight). The flat sheet could be a bit wider, the length seems to be just barely enough to do the job. Considering the price they are just barely acceptable because they do have more warmth that a non-flannel (smooth sheet) but don't feel as nice or as warm as other flannel sheets I have owned. I'm converted that the short staple cotton they seem to be using will fall apart after a few washings. They seem to be assembled in a rush with poor or nonexistent quality control, but they do seem thick and they do function. I expected more from a product that is advertised as being 200 GSM (200 grams per square meter) I don't want cut these up to see if thy really are 200 GSM (they don't feel like it) but they function so I'll keep using them for now an then consider a long term use update to this review.

Not a Pinzon Flannel Sheet Replacement
Not a Pinzon Heavyweight Flannel Sheet Replacment In a wild all out effort to find a replacement for the gold-standard Pinzon Signature Cotton Heavyweight Velvet Flannel Sheets that so many of us are still sadly mourning the loss off, I bought 4 sheet sets from 4 different brands listed below. Pointehaven 200 GSM Tribeca Living 200 GSM Celeste Home 190 GSM Bare Home Flannel Velvety Soft Heavyweight Brushed Flannel Unfortunately I discovered that all of the sets i received were from the same manufacturer and made from the same fabric just with different colors and patterns printed on the fabric. They looked and felt the same regardless of what they wording on the sale page said. I know the sheets were made by the same manufacturer because the construction was so specifically odd. The top fold-over bit on the flat sheet had lines of fairly large holes along the seams as if the holes for the stitches on the fold over top bit were pre drilled but off by about 1/8 an inch and into the body of the sheet instead of the fold over seam. Then too where was a strange large pocket of fabric on the pillow cases. Like half of a pillow case was supposed to be a pillow slip. My only guess is that this fabric was adapted into a pillow case from a pillow cover set that they never sold. No idea. It would have worked fine but the extra flap was strange. Beyond the strange manufacturing the fabric itself pilled horribly even after many washes. In the end what i ended up with was basically a non flannel sheet with tiny balls all over it of the scant remaining flannel fluff. I believe that had i kept using them eventually all of the little balls of fluff would be worn off and one would be lift with a slightly thick strangely textured regular sheet. Also the fabric has a positive and negative side. Only one side was really fully flanneled (not sure what to call that). I can’t believe that the last Pinzon flannel sheet i bought is the last one i will ever have. Please Powers that Be make that not so. Keep searching everyone! That fabric has to be out there somewhere and i know most of us would pay a pretty penny indeed to get our hands on a sheet set like the old Pinzon velvet sets.

Lasted 5 years and still in fairly good shape.
So happy when my 5 year old sheets wore thin that I was able to find the exact same ones this many years later. These have been perfect. They didn't stretch out, stayed soft and comfortable. I will keep buying these every 5 years as long as they make them. I have never owned better sheets than these.

So far so good
The fabric weight is on a par with an average flannel shirt. It’s a good weight and not at all stretchy. Nap is soft and no pilling as yet - have used them a couple weeks only so far. Very nice to have flannel sheets in cold weather, and the print design is attractively wintery without being overly Christmas-y.

Amazing
These sheets are incredible! They are heavy weight flannel, (200 gsm) soft and very warm. The deep pockets fit perfectly on the mattress. The price is truly a bargain. These sheets sell at other retailers for twice the cost. I highly recommend them for those who live in adverse winter climates.

A little pricey, but so far, they are worth it
This is the second set of flannel sheets that I've bought from Pointehaven. The first was only 180 GSM and the difference in weight between the 200 GSM and the 180 GSM is noticeable. I don't think I would go back to 180 GSM sheets. The 180 GSM sheets are pretty good, but the 200 GSM sheets are noticeably heavier and they actually remind of the weight of the flannel sheets I had as a kid. Long story short, you get what you pay for. I've only had this latest set for about a month, so time will tell if they are durable enough. The stitching seems good, no loose threads. I still have the 180 GSM set, used them for about two years straight. I only stopped using them because the pillow case was torn/ worn out, the sheets are still fine though.

Fitted sheet doesn't fit 17" mattress
Ultra soft, washes well, beautiful color, good quality. Disappointed that the fitted sheet actually doesn't fit over my 17" mattress. States fits up to 18". Keeping anyway. Barely fit before washing and the same now.

Soft and Warm
Excellent quality, warm sheet set

Great flannel sheets.
Great heavy weight flannel sheets. Fit well. Warm and snugly - just as I wanted. Look for 200 gsm flannel sheets. They really are just that much better. The package they come in is even bigger to accommodate the additional thickness. The "straw" color was more yellow than straw in my opinion however. The color was a little stronger then the decor I was trying to match, but the sheets are nice.

Silver Grey
is not grey ...more of a sandy beige color but I got on sale so Im not gonna complain. Washed per instructions and they came out wonderfully and soft, I dried on a medium heat setting so not to cook the material . Generous fitted sheet for deep mattresses, these are so comfy you don't want to get out of bed...word of warning !! do not add too much detergent as they will soap up lots with this type of material. Or your gonna have to put through rinse cycle twice...I waiting for them to go on sale again LOL
