Very good
2nd update: I took a star off after getting the new ones. They have reduced the gauge of the steel these are made from. Now every time I wash them I can feel the bottom "oil canning" in my hand. Not sure if that really makes a difference but they sure feel cheaper. My cat does not care. Update: After 7 years of using these bowls every single day the finish is starting to look a little scuffed and dull. I hand wash these every day, never been in the dishwasher as it doesn't get run frequently enough since I only have 2 of these. I'm going to buy 2 more, so glad they are still available. Debating about buying a different color but I really like the dark red. The non-skid rubber rings are holding up very well too. Original: These are great little pet dishes. The previous ones had a painted finish that was starting to chip off after a year or so. These have a very nice finish that so far seems to be very durable. They clean up really easily. The little rubber rings keep them from sliding around. These are small, the little 3 oz single serve cat food cans nearly fill it but that's just perfect for my needs. The corner in the bottom is nicely radiused so my cat can get nearly all the food. He leaves a lot more in bowls with a sharp corner. The price is great too. I bought two so I always have a clean one for the next meal.

It's Purrrrrfect
I just got this yesterday and will be trying it out today with pure excitement, finally treats in a bowl for my baby that isn't tupperware. I have bowls for his food and water that are cute but just never got around to a treat bowl. I was waiting for one the right price and two something small enough to accomodate his third of a can scoop of fancy feast he gets between his morning and nightly meal. This is the bowl, not only is it tip proof which I wish his other were it's the shiniest pretty red with a non slip grip ring, which in my opinion isn't quite non slip but work to some degree. I pulled the stickers off top and bottom when I got it so it was ez to get them off, unlike after a cycle in the dishwasher then it's really hard. I love this little bowl and since I have ants I feed him his treats right on the kitchen table and this isn't tacky feeling at all. Great price with prime shipping and many colors to chooe from. Enjoy

I purchased three of these bowls for our cats a year ago and I liked the size and shape as well as the non-slip rubber ring. I also liked the color choices as one cat needs medicine in her food each night and getting a different color for her made it easier to track her bowl. Unfortunately about three months ago the colored power coating began to get rough and bubble up. Today I found a small flake missing and had to throw the bowls away. I decided they were inexpensive enough that I would just replace them with another set and hope the paint issue had been resolved. I was very disappointed to find that the price has doubled since I ordered a year ago. Given the quality issues with the paint, I will not pay twice the price to replace them. I will look for a different brand.

Perfect for my cat.
My cat is blind, so naturally he eats with his paws! He dips a paw in the dish and scoops the food out. He can't flip this dish over! The rubber band around the base also prevents him from chasing his dish all around the kitchen. I love the color and cute little fish bone design. Its easy to clean & does not rust. Also, something my vet told me was that we should avoid feeding out pets from plastic or ceramic dishes because our pets can develop an uncomfortable skin condition from the grease from their food soaking into the material and rubbing against their chin- but not with this dish! When you wash this dish, you know its clean- no staining or greasy texture or smell. I found out the reason my cat was scooping his food out of his dish was because the dish wasn't truly clean. I guess the odor from his last dish was offensive to him! He hasn't done that since I bought this dish. I highly recommend it.

Smaller than expected
The only thing I am not crazy about with these bowls is that they are small. I would not recommend this if you are expecting more than one cat to eat out of the bowl, you would be refilling it several times a day. But, it is perfect for my older guy since he is the only cat here. I bought two of the sapphire blue bowls and the color is beautiful and vibrant. The small stamped fish bone design on the bottom is cute and is the same color as the bowl so it is not tacky and blends well with the bowl. So far it has held up to the manufacturers claims in regards to being dishwasher safe.

Just UNDER 3/4 cup capacity
I ordered 3 for my cats, to replace the plastic ones the dogs chewed up. The bowls looked incredibly small out of the box so I measured their volume capacity. They hold LESS than 3/4 cup. Water started spilling out right before it got to that point. They are very nice looking and the rubber rings look like they will hold them in place. I will exchange them for a 2 cup size, use and wash them for about a month to see how the color holds up, then, I will edit my review..

Pretty Blue Bowl that matches my kitchen
I used to just have a basic plastic bowl for my cat, but she like to scratch up the sides and I started to see gross gunk living in the scratches so I decided to try stainless steel. This bowl has a really pretty, shiny blue finish - "Sapphire Blue" is exactly right. As other people mentioned, it is small, but that's what I was expecting as it's labeled "Extra Small" so I'm happy and more importantly, so is my kitty.

They're terrific!
They're terrific. I ordered a variety of colors because my cat seems to like variety that way. And the colors are very good; nice saturation, hue, value. Sturdy plastic. It's a great purchase. Though, the *gold* one is reeeeaally expensive and it looks more "ochre" than gold, but....

Pretty aand Functional
I know it's just a cat bowl but I thought i'd write a review as I do like to know what at least one person thinks of the item i'm looking at.......I bought these for the girlie reason of their colour. I bought the blue one for my cats water and the candy apple red for her food. I was delighted with them as the colours are really vibrant and it at least brightens up that corner where you keep the cat bowl. They are easy to clean and definetly don't tip over. A good buy.

Great food bowls
This dish design is great. Any food that drops outside of the dish cannot end up underneath the dish, like other designs with a lip. And the cat can get to the dropped food easily. Also getting a coloured bowl helped one of my cats as a previous polished bowl seemed to affect her depth perception and she would hit her teeth on the edge of it from time to time. No more of those issues with this bowl. Highly recommended.

Great bowls
These bowls are a great size for portion controlled meals for your cats. They only got a 4 star because I wish they were a little more dishwasher safe; the rubber band for gripping the floor has kind of warped from tossing them in the dishwasher. That's my own fault for being lazy and not following the washing instructions though, they're still great bowls!

Wrong size. Food falls out.
You will get the wrong size. I ordered the 8oz size. It says 8oz on my receipt. But I got the 6oz size which is barely enough for a kittens food. It’s also very shallow and curved so my cat’s food ends up on the floor.

Way smaller than you think
So small, barely large enough for a kitten and you sure wouldn't want to put water in it, very shallow. Was supposed to be blue with fish on it and it was red with cat paw prints on it.
