At the time of this review, I just checked, the price of this jacket is just under $33. That to me, is almost unbelievable. When you think of how much a good jacket for winter costs, from the big name brands,$33 is just a fraction of what you'd pay. If you are budget minded, you could hardly do better. The jacket itself is very nicely made, light, and warm. If layered properly, this jacket would be good for mild, to very cold temperatures. I like the hood, and certainly make use of a good hood, when the cold wind is blowing. I live in South Florida right now, but I'm originally from Canada, and go back to visit family, and friends often. This jacket is coming with me the next time I need to face winter in Canada, for sure. My pictures may make the Navy color look a little purplish, because they were taken as the sun was setting, and shining a very potent orange light on the jacket. The picture inside my condo, is of course, much truer to its actual color. I chose the Navy, and very much like that, because it is versatile, and a classic choice, in my opinion. The stitching on the jacket is very good, and I found no evidence of loose threads, or suspect quality. So, I think the build quality is really quite good. All in all, my honest opinion is that, you would be very hard pressed to do better for the price. It's an excellent quality for just a few dollars really. I know the price has been reduced lately, but considering what it is selling for the day I do this review, I can only say, that it is a tremendous buy. I would certainly recommend it.
