1/4 " thread a bit tight. Body is solid with good finish. Trigger feels cheap with lots of play. Rubber nozel prone to "popping" out if bumped laterally. Not impressed but satisfied at the price point offered. Shipped promptly.

Assembled in USA, could be better.

On the package: Milton S-148 blow gun, 1/4"NPT. UPC 030937001481. "Assembled in the USA with domestic and foreign components" and "With the safety nozzle connected, meets OSHA safety standards of maximum inlet 150 PSI, and a maximum dead end pressure of 30 PSI" In the package: polished blow gun with rubber tip and safety nozzle. My measurements: Length w/rubber tip: 4-3/8", 3-3/8" without, height 2-1/2", 5/8" thick. Weighs approximately 5oz."Milton" stamped on one side of the body and "148" on the other. "Milton" stamped on the top of the trigger lever. Threaded front (outlet) for the safety nozzle, threaded inlet for your 1/4" plug. The rubber tip is also threaded to more likely keep the tip in place. The body of the blow gun looks ok, polished but not so well constructed that you can't see the casting seams. A brass pin and nut form the valve mechanism and that looks to be good quality with a smooth action. The trigger, sadly, is a lightweight piece of stamped sheet metal held in place with a rivet for a hinge. A plastic cover on the front end of the trigger will be under your thumb. The trigger rattles already, and it wont be but two or three drops onto the garage floor before it bends. It's so thin, it won't be any big deal to bend it back...until it breaks. I'm always looking to buy made in USA products as I generally find them to be better quality than the imported stuff and Milton has not disappointed before. This item, however, does not rate twice the price of what you would find at the bargain tool store. Milton, you can do better.

Great item, grip needs to be secured.

High quality. Only complaint is grip does not stay on, slides off easily. They should put a hole in the metal handle before they dip the grip, that way it would stay on. Squirted in a bit of glue and good to go. Glad to be able to buy US made.

Rubber tip blew off

Appears to be a decent little blow gun. I did see comments from others that the tip comes off, though that they probably didn't screw in far enough or it was possibly loose. I made sure the rubber tip was tight before use, only managed to use it a few times before the tip blew off. I have a fairly large garage so when the tip blew off I heard it bounce off something across the garage but I can't locate it. I consider this a design flaw and should be rectified. I bought 2 blow guns a the same time, on the remaining gun I'm going to add some thread sealer and see how that works out.

These are great quality airguns and I’ve purchased a few over the years! I like the kind with the hook as they are easier to hang out of the way! There are several Chinese knock offs (No-name brands) but they don’t last as long and most develop leaks! Threaded on both ends you can interchange tips or make your own!
