Love it!
Exactly what I wanted. Deep enough for one adult to float on a pool float. I have a Funscicle chair type float and I relax and read. Just as soothing as floating around a full inground pool. I've used it every day after work. You could fit two adults sitting on the ground but probably two adults with floats. My nieces (3yrs and 6yrs) come over to play in it and love it. Not really big enough to fully swim, but they have a great time. Not sure if it will hold up quality wise, but if it dies I will definitely get another at the price. I bought an inexpensive tarp to keep it covered and a $15 small pool vacuum to keep it clean. I did empty it once so far. It wasn't too bad or time consuming but it flooded my yard and did take a bit of effort. I don't want to empty often, so the vacuum was definitely a must to fully enjoy.

Perfect for adults
UPDATE 4-3-23 I am buying a third one. Only because last year I tried putting on the grass, which throroughly messed it up. The grass grew through my foam pads under the air mattress and rotted it after only a couple of weeks. Never again. Back to the Concrete with the foam pads lined up, in a row long edge to long edge. It works great on fairly level concrete with the foam pads under it. Plus it's soft on the feet. These last for years if you treat them gently. Not sure how durable for kids and I would not recommend for dogs, but I can still fit a larger size (72" x 28") air mattress in it, with enough room to float a little to the side and a bit more through the length. On a hot day, it's as good as having a real pool, and I can lie on my air mattress with a cool drink and watch the clouds go by and roll over and get cooled off when I get too hot. For the price, if you take care of it....it's a steel. Still using the fish tank, fish catching net to clean it out from bugs and debris. I still wish they made a light colored cover for it. But once it's full, I get weeks of use without having to waste water and completely empty it. I just get a little water out (plus evaporation) and top it off to cool it back down. Love it. Poor woman's pool. This is my second pool exactly like this from Intex. The first on failed ONLY because of some friends of mine who were drunk. I'd had it for 3 years and expected it to last at least 2 more years, easily. I don't use it all summer, but I live in the Sacramento region of California, and when we hit well into the triple digits for temperature for days in a row, I blow it up and fill it up and enjoy. It's great to sit in with a friend in low-legged (with smooth bottoms and rounded corners) lawn chairs and drink cocktails. I can also blow up my decent sized single air mattress and float around on it. I put it on my concrete patio with 5 walmart foam camping sleeping pads (the blue ones) under it, to protect the bottom and it's easy and soft on the feet. The only thing negative I can say about it is that we have to jimmy-rig an air compressor nozzle to fill it up because the air fill opening is huge, and the fact that it's white is nice for solar radiation, but when it gets dusty, it stains the pvc. The only other thing I would like is a pool cover in a light gray or white color. They make a cover for it, but it's dark blue and it would collect radiant heat in the hot CA summer and turn the pool into a heated jacuzzi. It takes about 250 gallons of water, and so long as you keep the pool itself filled up, it's sturdy and holds up to getting in and out of it. I use a fish tank net for catching fish to get leaves, bugs and junk out of it. When this one is done, I will likely buy yet another. I love my pool!!!

New valve caps - what idiot designed these?
Whoever you are, you've ruined the perfect backyard pool. I've used this pool model for years, and until now the inflation valve tubes had screw on caps. This year, they are large versions of the traditional pull out/press in inflation valve, but they do not "snap in" to the holes...there is a ridge around the cap that looks like it should pop in but it doesn't go, even lubricated. As a result, the cap is just sort of gently resting in the valve. You can imagine how well that works given that it is tasked with stopping up all the air pressure from a full to capacity chamber. After about 20 tries you can get it to stay, but the first time you jostle around in the pool it pops out and you lose half the air from that air chamber. God help you if it's the bottom one. Duct tape it on for ugly but effective hack until they fire this new valve design guy. Otherwise, this is the same awesome pool it's always been. Nice and big, I can put a full size air mattress in there and float around, or 4 adults can sit in there comfortably having a few drinks and playing Cards Against Humanity on a floating cooler. Good times. Do be aware, though, that the measurements are the outside walls. The pool walls are very thick (a good thing, makes it sturdy) so while it might look like you can lay down even on the short side that's not the case. But two adults sitting on either end can stretch out comfortably without the weird pool foot touch. A tip: if you are as devoted to your "redneck beach" as we are, invest a few bucks and build an 8x12 frame out of wood and fill it with sand. Spend as much time as you need to making it perfectly level. Even with a half inch drop across the length of the pool, it will fill unevenly and eventually collapse the side of the pool. The long sides are particularly susceptible. But get the sandbox ready once, do a good job with it, and it will last for years with just a little top up and rake out at the beginning of each season. Cover it with a tarp in the off-season. One more tip: An old pallet makes the perfect "deck" to rest your shoes on before you get in.

Good pool for family, no doubt in quality
Good quality, will easily accomdate a full family(2 adults and 2 child’s, or 4 to 5 child’s alone) Packaging was not as expected outer box is broken but no major impact on inner product box or product. It would have been good if air option was provided in bottom, it’s just normal thickish layer. But that layer will help pool to stick to ground and will not skid on surface that’s a plus as well. We have small yellow patch given in box to apply on punctured area. Make sure you buy a good electrical pump, hand or manual pump might take some time and energy out of you and never think of blowing yourself. I purchased this from VW Retials with Prime tag and delivered on next day.

Quality item
This pool is of excellent quality. One thing I like is the 2 size air valve which makes inflation very quick. The sides are nice and wide, and the depth marked is perfect for this pool.

Suitable for whole family
The pool must be placed on a plane and very clean surface. The base is too thin, even tiny pebbles or twigs cut into it. I was able to fix it with the repair patch provided. This is a big pool and takes in about a 1000 liters of water that must be drained out after single use. Cannot keep water in pool beyond one day without treating water with expensive chemicals.

Nice pool when inflated, but it doesn't stay that way :(
Item seemed durable when I first assembled it but deflated after only a few uses. Wish there was an option to exchange the product but I only see options to return. Item would be perfect if it would stay inflated.
