Fits Coleman road trip

Fits Coleman road trip grill. Cannot close top of grill completely while using the griddle. This was not a problem. I bought the used like new griddle for less money, it was a new griddle not in original box. Great buy.

Nice, functional griddle surface for the Coleman RoadTrip.

This griddle works well. I'm able to cook quite a few burgers, eggs, pancakes, and bacon strips in a short amount of time. I also find that it makes the grill much easier to clean as splatter and drippings don't get in the interior parts as easily. I've seen the reviews where wind is an issue but I haven't experienced this yet. With both burners on full heat, it stays pretty hot in light wind.

Great quality but way too high to work well

The item itself is great quality, easy to clean and sturdy however it sits up way too high to work well. We saw this in the reviews but gave it a chance anyway but we couldn't use it at all the whole camping trip because it would not get hot. Too much wind blew through the opening and would blow out the heat.

Must have when camping!!!

I bought this for my Coleman BBQ we use for camping. It fit perfectly, and is easy to clean. You cannot put your lid down for the BBQ, but that was not a huge issue. It distributes the heat evenly when cooking bacon, eggs, pancakes etc. And the little grease trap is wonderful and doesn't spill I to your BBQ!!! I would definitely buy another one!!

All in a a good product.

Ordered this griddle to replace a previously bought one. The griddle works pretty well. The grease trap fills up really fast when you do a lot of bacon. Easy to clean once you empty the grease tray. Awkward to empty the grease tray, you have to wait until the griddle is cool enough to handle.

Nope

It does not sit stably in the base, so any wobble to the grill sent the hot griddle flying off. I have a kid around - totally not safe. It also sits really high up from the burners, I couldn’t get it to heat up enough even on high to brown sausages. And the lid won’t close. I returned it.

Very Poor Design - Sits far too high above burners for efficient cooking

I really wish I read the reviews on amazon.com as well as here, as this is really poorly designed. The griddle sits far to high up and so a lot of the heat just dissipates rather than heating the griddle. Also unlike with the cast iron grill grates, you cannot close the lid with this on, which just seems like poor design, I don't understand why it cannot be slightly smaller to allow for closing the grill as good for cooking the top of fried eggs to close it temporarily, as well as for storing the griddle inside the grill. In the end I had to take the advice of reviewers on amazon.com and hack-saw down the feet of this griddle to get it to sit lower. Not good at all. I would have returned it, but I had no time before our vacation to get another option and so I had to make do. So disappointed as an aluminum griddle seems one of the simplest products to design, and yet...

Not bad

Pretty decent but should sit low enough to close the lid. Was still able to cook fine but will grind the legs down so the lid will close. Others have said it doesn’t get hot enough to cook, that hasn’t been my experience it cooks fine would just like it lower so it’s a little faster
