Excellent faucet, not so great sprayer

This faucet is exceptional! Classic design with a beautiful finish and solid, heavy-duty construction that you would expect for the price. The sprayer, however, seems to be an afterthought or “add-on” not designed for use with this faucet. When not in use, the sprayer head is too long and it interferes with the tap handle and has to be pushed aside when shutting off the water. When in use, the sprayer will not function if extended more than ~1 foot from the base. If you pull the sprayer beyond this point, the water shuts off. Totally inadequate length which makes the sprayer almost useless. They would be better off supplying just the faucet and dropping this sprayer entirely.

Beautiful faucet & great quality

Love this faucet! It looks beautiful with my farmhouse sink in my laundry room. Match the hardware great and helped me achieve the look I was going for. Highly recommend!

Affordable bridge style faucet

Beautiful finish, cool style. Bridge faucets are so expensive, this gives a unique look at a more affordable price. I finished the suite with pieces from California Faucet that have similar hex bolt design details.

Problems from day one

Upon installation, sink dripped and needed to order new insert cartridges to handles. sprayer hose is too short, it is about 6 inches long. spigot is so curved it does not put water in the center of my sink, it points toward the back...disappointed in functionabiity but looks nice

Cheap! Plastic-y

This faucet is very poor quality. May look nice installed but once you touch the spray you'll know how cheap and plastic-y it is. All water lines and connections are thin plastic. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Faucet Doesn't Stop Water

I had this faucet installed back in December. Just over the weekend, when I turn the handle to stop the water flow, there is a delay in stopping the water. Any idea how to fix this?

Sent a used faucet with missing pieces and 2 sprayers

I ordered this faucet for kitchen renovation. When we open the box there was water in the sprayer line and it was missing pieces for installation. We also had an extra sprayer in the box clearly this was used and boxed up. When I went to return it, I was passed my return date and now I am stuck with this Faucet. Had to order another one through another company. Very unfortunate.
