Not exactly as pictured

I received this faucet today only to find that it has the integral stops below the handles that require an oblong opening through the wall at each knob. The escutcheon plates included are oblong, slightly tear shaped, too. I did not want to enlarge the existing holes and risk damaging the tile, so unfortunately I had to return the faucet. I called Pfister and they told me model LG01-3110 doesn't have the integral stops and fits a round openings. As for the quality of this faucet, I was very impressed. The valve body and the valve cartridges and stems are metal and very sturdy. A couple faucets at the same price that I have looked at have plastic valve cartridges and stems. The finished parts such as plates, spouts and knobs are very nicely plated and look to be super durable and well crafted. This product looks and feels like it will last a long time. I plan to purchase the LG01-3110 model which should have the same level of fit and finish. I gave this a 3 only because the description and picture need to match the actual faucet. It ultimately took a call to Pfister to find out which model I needed. Which by the way, their customer service was easy to reach, courteous and helpful. UPDATE: I installed the Pfister LG01-3110 faucet in my tub/shower and I am very pleased with it. I have plaster on steel lathe behind my tile and I had to grind some excess plaster cement from the wall to mount the fixture from behind to preserve the tile, but given the end results it was worth the effort. This faucet appears to be a product that will give very long service. I liked it so much I installed a Pfister LG07-3110 in a shower only situation. I would give the product itself a 5 star rating.

Worked out well

It worked better than the one shown in the picture. It came with water entry above and below which was useful since the water lines came in from above. It has worked well.

We are very happy with these shower knobs. The knobs are metal, not plastic, and they installed easily. The design is simple and elegant. Our shower looks great with these new chrome fixtures. I recommend this product.

Valve I ordered (pictured) wasn't what I got.

Waited a couple days, showed up missing parts. Couldn't use valve. Went into recycling. Did salvage a few parts. Shop local from now on.
