After many attempts... This is what I was looking for!
For years I've been intrigued with waterfall faucets. I first saw one at a hardware store, but after seeing the price of over $200, I wasn't sure I'd ever justify buying one. Then comes along the best store in the world, Amazon! I found dozens and dozens of waterfall faucets, with eye-catching designs, at extremely low prices! The only catch... many have connections that are not standard in the USA, and the dependability for some models is questionable. I have actually tried 3 different designs from the "no brand" name and had issues with each one. A very common problem is many of these have no type of regulator that allows maximum flow. Every generic faucet I've bought, has required me to adjust the water valves under the sink in order to control water flow from shooting out at high speed and making a mess. No big deal right? Well the problem with this... if you adjust it so that a 50/50 mixture of hot/cold comes out at the perfect rate, then when you only have one side on (hot or cold) it barely comes out. Or if one side or the other is perfect, then the mixture of warm water is too fast. Again... mess! Then this beauty comes along! At this point I was ready to jump on-board with a quality brand name, but without wallet-shock! This unit cost me about $40 more than a generic faucet I purchased... and it was worth every penny! But still way cheaper than hardware store prices. As a side note, I bought the brushed chrome model. I love the soft look and I've never cared for chrome because of the fingerprints and stains that you can never avoid. This was a breeze to install and came with really nice quick connects for the water lines (it does not come with lines/hoses). Just screw the 1/2" brass adapters (included) onto your water lines, drop the faucet into the sink, tighten faucet down, then snap the copper faucet lines into the line adapters, snap in the pin clip then turn on your new faucet! Immediately the first thing I noticed was how smooth the water flow came down and out the spout. Very consistent, it did not "break up" or splash and it was not harsh. Here is the best way to describe the water flow... the cheap models have water pressure, this model has water volume. It flows out plenty of water, but seems to use gravity rather than pressure (which is why it is not messy and does not splash everywhere). I also did not have to adjust my water valves. They are full-on and I let the faucet do it's job. And it does an amazing job at it! Whether it is full-cold, full-hot, or right down the middle (warm), the pressure is always the same! It is consistent no matter where you have the handle turned to. This is probably what impressed me the most! Now, the absolute biggest difference you would notice between this faucet and a generic faucet... the noise! Read reviews about most of those other faucets and you will see a trend of complaints that, even if all else is perfect, the noise level is annoyingly high. That was another reason for turning down the valves under the sink with other models, it helped keep the noise down. This faucet is very quiet! Which is great because you can hear the natural sound the water makes. Although the faucet isn't silent, I find it much quieter than regular sink faucets that have the aerator in them that causes that "TV static" sound. I hope you have found this helpful in your decision to purchase a waterfall-type faucet. They are truly a pleasure to use, will help children want to use the faucet more (washing hands, brushing teeth), and every guest will be intrigued by it... expect compliments!

Seems good - But
Tried seeing if I could contact customer support to just get a new cover plate instead of going through sending the unit back and ordering a new one and no luck. Hoping to get customer support to see this. Haven’t tried the faucet as I don’t want to hook this up twice. Scratches on the cover plate on the left side of the faucet - unfortunately I have to use the plate to cover the 3 hole style of the sink I am installing.

Holy Mack Washer Batman!!!
The Pfister Jaida faucet is beautiful. My wife and I decided that we were ready to update our counters to granite and didn't want a three hole faucet so we searched for a single hole waterfall style faucet. I can't begin to tell you how well the faucet operates. There is a smooth transition when switching on and off with a nice weight balance vs force when manipulating the handle to start the water flow. It actually seems to flow better and at a higher gallon per minute (gpm) ratio than the stock two handle system that the builder installed. The faucet also comes with a quick disconnect hose system that allows for a quick disconnect and cleanout on the waterlines (sometimes sediment can get lodged in the screen restricting water flow this allows a quick break since you are unable to remove the screen on the faucet on this style of faucet compared to the screw on and off screens on traditional faucets. Why four stars? Installation. This faucet utilizes a rubber washer between the drain stem and the faucet on the water basin side. The under mount (where the drain tube is secured under the sink) utilizes a mack washer with screw thread cut outs. Since the area of the tube where the mack washer compresses has no threads the washer leaked. I called tech support and they suggested plumbers putty at the top of the mack washer. Didn't help (and I had already done this). I removed the drain system, removed the rubber washer, put plumbers putty under the flange of the drain (where the drain stem meets the water basin), filled the threads of the mack washer with plumbers putty (not too much or it will invert when you try to slide it up the drain tube), and put a small amount of putty between the bottom of the sink where it meets the mack washer. Voila! Perfection. Except that since I have a sink with an overflow system you have to line the overflow holes in a specific manner. This makes the Pfister logo crooked. Not a functional problem but aesthetically irritating. NOTE: After install you will have air in the lines. This points the water straight out. Don't be surprised if you get hit with a burst of water if you forget to put a hand over the spout when you first turn it on. Overall I would buy it again should the need arise. Looks great, works well, solid construction, and best of all it made my wife happy. Once I knew the trick with the putty the install time for me was about twenty minutes per faucet. While you are on here if you don't have Teflon tape make sure you get some so you don't have leaks at the water lines. The picture of the drain is a stock photo but the others are of my bathrooms after the installation.Pfister Jaida Single Control 4" Centerset Bathroom Faucet, Brushed Nickel

This is a lovely faucet.
Had a plumber install and he had to use some of his own piping, but the end result is just beautiful. Seems very sturdy and well made.

Long Tall Pfister.
It's an attractive and solid alternative to the chunky rectangular chrome waterfall faucets out there. It's tall but still fine with a drop-in or under-mount sink. I easily installed mine on the deck of a drop-in 3 hole basin. The the deck cover plate is metal, not plastic. The pop-up drain is a simple installation and is good riddance to the older rod and lever system.

Nice Waterfall Faucet
It is what it claims - a nice waterfall faucet that seems sturdy and reliable. It’s a new install so I don’t have any longevity to review, but so far I’m very happy with it.

IMPECCABLE!
