Very heavy and sturdy

Four stars rather than five only because the flow rate is quite low. I had to drill a small hole in the flow regulator to get it to flow at more than a trickle. Taking the regulator out the flow rate was WAY to high…so a small drill hole was the best option…but go small and gradually increase to the rate you desire…once you get it too big there is no going back. A tiny bit larger will make a bigger difference than you might think. I would definitely buy it again even with the low flow because the fix is pretty easy, but inconvenient.

Very nice faucet but the drain they included in mine was not so great.

The faucet was exactly what I was looking for aesthetically and turned out to be very well made as well. The kit also comes with a drain assembly. Originally, we purchased an oiled bronze version and it came with a very nice looking drain with built in pop-up stopper. After seeing the vanity we ordered in person, we decided to go with brushed nickel. Interestingly, the drain that came with the brushed nickel was completely different and did not have a stopper of any sort. It also was a complete beast to get to stop slow leaking. I have installed a few drains before and have NEVER had this hard of a time. First off, throw out the stupid rubber seal they give you and use plumbers putty. Second, use a TON of plumbers tape on the threads of the drain pipe and even the top piece. I mean soo much that it is very hard to get the pieces threaded back in. After several tries, I did finally get it to stop seeping after using a ton of the plumbers tape. Some people mentioned having a problem with the faucet leaking at the quick release connections. I had a little bottle of silicone o-ring lube sitting around so I applied some and have had no issues at all so far with leaks from the quick connects. The faucet itself looks amazing and is very solid. The action of the valve is smooth as can be. The water comes out in a nice concentrated stream and does not splash out of our vessel. I could not be happier with the faucet, the drain they included has not impressed me as much so far. Also, I save about a hundred bucks buying on amazon as opposed to the big box store.

Refurbished one

We bought two refurbished ones. $80 less each. Said Used/New condition. The units are nice and sturdy to be sure. The gross part was there was tooth paste hardened to the underside of handle and under the water spigot. Really gross. We didnt notice until installed since all the work is done under the sink. We had to clean it up, not that huge of a deal but still surprised AMZ doesnt review and clean before reselling.

Heavy and beautiful ! but...

This is a wonderful heavy sturdy faucet,Pfister T40YP0Y Ashfield Vessel Bathroom Faucet, Tuscan Bronze . Excellent workmanship. We just love watching the water flow out. It's as close as we'll get to the old days. It was shipped very fast. You do need the drain stopper that goes with it which is extra. But...we was very disappointed on how it arrived. The box was torn/ripped from being opened before. All parts were in disarray. This was a returned item or a display item and was not repackaged or checked out before resale. We paid a high price for a NEW faucet not a used one. I see the price is less now than when we bought it. Happens all the time, right? We did not know if parts were missing or if the handle was broke to the point if would not work. We had one day to get this installed before Easter with company coming, so did not have enough time to send it back and have a NEW one sent. We have bought through Amazon many times and this is the first time an item came in such obvious pre-opened-returned condition leaving us wonder how many times it traveled round the world. Happily it works fine and we love it. But we are a bit leery about ordering such a high priced item again from Amazon.

Super well made and gorgeous!

We needed tall waterfall style faucets for our master bath remodel, and I had a hard time finding anything we could agree on. We both love these, very sturdy, nice finish and the right height for our vessel sinks.

Airy but well made

Very nice look to our “industrial” bathroom but for some reason water comes out with air bubbles-not a bad thing just kinda weird. Otherwise very sturdy and works nice.

Nice looking faucet but spout forms white stains

We have received several compliments for this spout. It looks nice especially when used with a vessel sink. The only negative is that the spout has formed white stains, probably calcium from the water? I am unable to get these off, even with scrubbing.
