Best escape proof harness by far!
This is probably our 6th or 7th harness we've tried and so far its the safest and best range of motion. Coyotes moved into the beach area of Santa Monica Ca 5 months ago and seem to be staying and multiplying...So to keep my boy safe we had to learn how to walk on a leash. For reference my cat is a 10 year old indoor / outdoor street rescue from El Salvador about 14 lbs and REFUSES to use the litter box. I have bought every litter imaginable and litter additives and outside dirt and leaves, he just refuses and will hold it for days (which all cat parents should know can cause serious health issues) So training to walk on a leash was necessary. This harness is the only escape proof harness we have found so far. It provides a good range of motion and stays on!! The only improvements would be the clasps are a bit challenging to close but hold once secured properly they stay closed and the weight of the clasps and leash connector are a bit heavy. My cat would slink /walk like his upper back was weighed down for the first few weeks - eventually he got used to it. To be honest he would prefer to roam freely as he has for the past 10 years but has learned to walk quite well on this harness and leash! Yesterday we were approached by two large adult coyotes on our morning walk - we live in a very residential neighborhood near the beach - and the harness held!! I quickly picked up my cat and we were able to deter the coyotes by holding our ground and shouting and maintaining eye contact the whole time. This harness helped keep my cat safe and secure!

Best of 4 I’ve tried
I’ve tried the rabbitgoo and the travel cat harnesses as well as another brand I can’t remember and my cat could wriggle our final do them. UNTIL THIS :) plus she like this harness and will step into where as the others took more coaxing. I really like how minimal it is and it stays close to the skin without covering too much or having huge buckles. We use this every day. The leash was too short and the clip very heavy on her back so we use a different one.

Harness seems fine, but the leash is great
Honestly, I don't use the harness much. My cats prefer harnesses that clip around their necks and don't slide over their heads. However, the bungee leash is perfect. It's such an obvious improvement over a static leash, but can't seem to find a similar one anywhere else. Dog bungee leashes are often heavier and/or shorter. I sometimes wish it were a tiny bit longer, but it's a good length. It allows me to gently direct the cats or stop them without any sharp or unexpected tugging, even if they suddenly take off at a run. I love, love, love this leash and will probably buy this set again just for another leash.

Runs really small!!
I never ever write reviews because I’m lazy but I read a bunch of reviews before buying this and thought, “it can’t be THAT small - XS harnesses have always been too big on my kitten, I’ll get the S.” Well folks, it DOES run that small!! My 7lb kitten definitely needs a M. I’m just going to keep the S and alter it but wanted to let other review readers know - definitely order up!!

Very nice, but not 100% practical.
This harness works well, but the adjustments are difficult to work with. It's hard to get the cat to hold still long enough to adjust it. The leash is also pretty heavy for a cat. Other than that, it's really nice. Beautiful colors and my bigger cat can stretch the leash, which is fun for him.

Highly recommended. But initially, I wasn't impressed with this harness because this it looks flimsy; at least compared to our previous kitten harness which was more of a vest style. But that harness was restrictive so I decided to try this. We've been using it for about a year now and I'm very pleased. My cat hates collars and was not a fan of his last harness but he doesn't mind/notice this harness at all- there are no issues with him trying to get out of it. The trickiest bit with this harness is getting it on correctly because it's not very intuitive. But in my experience as long as it's on correctly it's very secure. Highly recommended.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size
I've owned one of these harnesses before and they honestly work great. I recently had to order a new one because my puppy chewed up the clips on the old one. I definitely ordered the wrong size this time, it was entirely my fault as I wasn't paying attention when I placed the order. That being said, my cat is very small and she was able to comfortably fit into this harness at the largest setting. The tightest part is behind her legs, however I can still fit 3 fingers comfortably between her and the harness. The blue is my cat's old harness and the black is the new one. These harnesses work great, and maybe the smaller size will actually be beneficial to me, as my cat could slip her legs out of the previous one relatively easily. Definitely pay attention when making your order though.

LOVE
I bought this for my cat bc he loves going outside. I've tried other harnesses but he was able to escape if he got startled. So I had him on a leash while cleaning my car and since he's infatuated with bugs he decided to play with I'm assuming a bee and FREAKED out when it stung him. The back tightened up WITHOUT choking him!! It just made it impossible for him to wiggle his arms out.. its not heavy and bulky, doesnt confine the heat in the summer and keeps them still feeling loose whether laying or standing...im buying 2 more for my other floofers.

Fantastic
Great product. Came all the way from the US to the Channel Islands. Postage was worth it for the product. Have used another cat harness but seemed too tight around the neck. This one is secure and does not choke at all. Bungee is great too.

Secure harness when fitted correctly.
Wasn't sure how much success I'd have harness training a 4-year old Bengal cat, but she has taken to this without too much fuss. It's important to harness train cats in small steps to begin with...The cat will likely exhibit unusual behaviour at first, such as flopping on the ground or crawling on the floor or reversing in an effort to escape it, so make introductions short to begin with, no more than 5 minutes first time then all going well keep trying it each day gradually increasing the duration each time, making sure it's properly fastened and secure but allowing enough space to get two fingers under it so it's not too tight. The trick is to persevere and encourage the cat with treats and lots of petting and reassurance each time and try to engage them in play so that they develop a positive association with it. Within just a few days my cat was allowing me to put the harness on her without any fuss. After leaving the harness on her about an hour (during which time she mopped around in an apparent huff) I decided it was time to put the leash on her and take her into the garden. Once she had the outdoors to explore, along with me for security and reassurance, she took to it well and didnt try to escape. I have to say the leash that comes with the harness is also excellent, since the bungee prevents too much jarring or risk of injury if she bolts. A couple of times she did want to run, but mostly out of joy from having all the space to explore. The bungee leash was perfect for that, and once she's used to it, I will maybe switch to an extending chord leash to allow her to range a bit further while still staying safe. I'm confident after a few days training that I can now take her further afield and go on trips into the countryside without her freaking out and/or trying to escape. I was given the advice that tying a knot into the part of the harness where it fastens to a leash can help make it more difficult for the cat to escape, but I haven't found that I needed to do that. While this harness can be tricky to put on, requiring that it goes over the head then fastening on two sides, it is very secure once in position and adjusted to the right size for your cat. It should also be quicker to get used to than say a jacket harness, which may be easier to put on, but is also more restrictive. I'd previously tried a 'Voyager Step-In' jacket harness actually meant for small dogs, and she didnt take to it very well, freezing and flopping over almost as if she was having a seizure. I may work up to the jacket harness for certain outdoor conditions (winter for example), but the 'Come To Me Kitty' harness seems to be doing the job just fine, and compared to a jacket harness, it should quickly feel to the cat like it's not even there. Overall very happy with my purchase, and the cat seems happy too now that it's opened up a whole new world of outdoor adventures for her.

Possibly the best pet harness out there
Our (I would say small for an adult) 3 years old cat is definitely not used to wearing harnesses, but when we moved from our country house to a busy urban area we needed to make sure she still gets out without being hit by a car and that she doesn't get frightened by an unknown sound and run away. I spent ages researching the cat harnesses out there and this looked really good on paper (and by reviews). I have to say, it was worth every penny. The harness is of great quality and looks comfortable. Our cat obviously felt something was different :-), but never wanted to get rid of the thing which I found remarkable, since she really dislikes regular collars. When we went out for a walk and she tried to run away, it was saving me from heartbreak to not have to pull her back by choking her, the design of the harness combined with the bungee leash is fantastic from this point of view!!! The harness is perfectly adjustable and easy to put on. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Would be a nice harness, but my cat escapes from it very easily
My cat (8lb Siberian) really enjoyed going for walks in this harness. This was the first harness I tried, and initially I liked it very much. The cat did not mind wearing the harness at all, and I was thrilled. However, the harness only works well if the cat pulls while walking forward. If the cat pulls while backing out, the harness comes off in less than a second. I checked and double-checked the adjustments, and I believe that this is a design flaw with this harness.

Great bungee leash but our cat can get out
I love the leash part. The harness might be on a large side ( but we measured out cat Loki so not sure).he can get out of it by actually ‘unclicking’the plastic. But I think it is great in general even though we’ll replace the harness. The bungee leash is really good , definitely keeping it.
