Smooth, comfortable ride for my sweet girl
I bought a less expensive stroller by this same brand about 9 years ago. I used it daily, and in fact it is still holding up. The problem was my Chihuahua is getting older and the other stroller doesn’t have “air ride “ so takes the bumps pretty hard. This new stroller is amazing!! The tires are a “gel filled” and are so much better than the previous “hard plastic tires “ on the other. We take this stroller on trails in the woods and it goes over the terrain like a Cadillac! No jarring bumps! I believe it would work great for jogging behind as well. The stroller came with a pink cushion that could’ve been more plush. But I pad it with an extra blanket and it’s fine. The stroller has room for 2 small dogs or 1 medium dog. The shade mechanism works easily and is a must have to keep pup cool. It folds up easily as well when we need to transport in our small car. The storage area under the carriage could be a little easier to access, but I am able to slide some items in there. Cup holders are great but could be a little larger. Overall we are very pleased with this and it keeps our pup happy, safe, comfortable and most importantly WITH US having fun. Money well spent!

Good stroller, but not great.
We bought a used Pet Gear jogging stroller a few years back and it worked well for us for a while, but it developed deteriorating issues after a couple years usage beginning with the front wheel locking mechanism. Its having air-filled tires, we found them needing constant refilling and had to replace a tire, which was not easy to find. Our 25 pound Westie enjoys the stroller experience, so we began looking for a new replacement stroller. We read tons of reviews and finally settled on another Pet Gear jogging stroller almost exactly like our old one with a few differences; 1) the tires are now gel filled and not air-filled, 2) no zippered enclosure in the front, and 3) NO zippered entry/exit in the back. The fact that it no longer has air-filled tires was not such a bad thing because the ride is still smooth. But the zipperless carrier that sounded like a good idea was actually detrimental for us because the rigid closure feature prevents the forward part of the carrier from collapsing down and our dog can no longer just jump from the stroller. She now has to be lifted in and out making it more difficult for those of us in advancing age or someone with a bad back. This would not be such a big deal if the rear zipper to the compartment had remained as in the older model, which also served as an easy in/out space for our dog. This change to the original stroller design is a very disappointing one. I wish the company had left this rear zipper for easy embarkment/disembarkment. The stroller is also considerably heavier than some competing models, which makes it more difficult to transport even though it is easy to fold. We like this good stroller, but it could have been great if the design features mentioned would have been considered.

Pros: ☆ Very aesthetically pleasing. (Looks very good for 3 wheel strollers. Color accents compliment it well.) ☆The wheels are very smooth. Glides well. ☆Back wheels lock into place very easily. ☆Customer service is very helpful. (Had an issue with one of the wheels damaged during shipment. Replacement came very soon.) Cons: ¤Folding mechanism could be a little easier. But that's what happens when you secure all the velcro straps. ¤Although directions were pretty straightforward, some of the pictures could be a little clearer. ¤Price is more of on the premium side. ¤The stock bed it comes with could have a bit more cushion. (Easily added my own.) Overall, I enjoy this stroller. Artemis seems to enjoy it too. Shout out to the customer service.

Great Stroller and Customer Service
I bought this for my 2 small dogs who are starting to age. I wasn’t sure this stroller would be as nice as advertised, but once out of the box I was pleasantly surprised. Now, it did come with some damage, no fault of PetGear, so I wasn’t able to really try it out right away. I did contact customer service and was treated very well, in fact, they replaced what needed to be in order to make me happy. I was truly impressed by this company and how they stand behind their product, even with shipping damage. So… I was able to test out the stroller the other day and it worked like a charm! Nothing negative to say about this product. It has plenty of room for my 2 dogs, pushes smoothly, folds up nicely to fit in my car, and just looks classy. I highly recommend PetGear if you’re looking for a reliable company and great products.

Exceed my expectation
The media could not be loaded. This is a product that we never thought we would use and enjoy this much. For the background: we have a large 17Ib cat (long one), he is leash trained and loves outdoor walks. As he grew bigger, carrying him in pet backpacks was getting difficult for us due to his weight and also for him because of generally not-so-spacious backpack designs available in the market. This stroller has allowed us to do our much longer walks for own own health and also let him out when he likes to walk (no complain from him). Inside there is a plush pillow, we added extra towel and another self-heating pad for cooler nights, also accessorized front and side of stroller with reflective lights. I have to say the rain cover has been a life saver in rainy days as well. The stroller has amazing maneuverability. I do not use the mug holder area since none of our bottles fit there. The stroller’s back wheels we received were wobbly, we contacted the manufacturer and they sent us a new set of back wheels. So overall thank you petgear.

Pet Gear Stroller
I've wanted this stroller in the black and white Dalmatian for many yrs now, finally bought it! At first delivery, I was a bit disappointed though as a few yrs back the quality was MUCH MUCH better! #1- tires are now gel-filled, not air-filled, will have to use it a bit more before I can say which I prefer and which is better. One of the reasons I liked this stroller was because of the air-filled wheels they used to have. Although, the back wheels come off fast and very smoothly when you need to Quick-release then for storage, or travel. And the tires are a great size and thickness. #2- the tray is very cheap and wiggly / very disappointed with how cheap the tray is. #3- the inside plush bolster pad, is itchy and not plush at all is very thin. Used to be much thicker, soft and plush, they have made it quite cheap now. But it is waterproof non-slip backing which is nice. #4-The height of the handlebars are great! I am a taller person (5ft 6.5 inches) and the height is perfect, very comfortable. No strain on the arms, and comfortable to hold and push in all-terrain. #5-Inside the buggy, it only came with one tether leash, but you can add another as there are two spots to hook a tether leash in for two dogs, one on each side of the inside of the carriage. #6 It is a sturdy Stroller for small to medium dogs, and has quite a lot of room for 2 or more small dogs (yorkie/chihuahua size dogs). #7 For the price I would have liked to see a few things of better quality, BUT so far I do not regret this buy! It is a beautiful looking stroller, and better than a $200+ and under stroller on the market by far, just with the wheels alone! Yes I would totally recommend this stroller, but I would say not for more than this high price of $350, as IMO this is a great buy at $250-$350 Canadian $$

Front wheel mechanism broke
I’ve had this stroller 6 months and use it 4 times daily for my 9 pound chihuahua. Today while out walking the front wheel mechanism broke,the metal literally cracked and the wheel folded under, I am unable to push the stroller now. For what I paid for this, this should not happen 6 months in, I do not use it on rough terrain just daily walks on city sidewalks. It sounds like there are the same type issues with other people who purchased this. Do NOT buy, it was not built to last . Defective product, not worth the high price. Update: 12/19/22- customer service is sending me out a new front wheel fork. New front wheel fork is defective like the original, it won’t last long. Do not buy, this stroller will not last.

Great Stroller!!!
This stroller is perfect for my needs. My pup is handicapped and can only walk short distances. This makes it possible to take long walks and Sauci can go too. It is easy to fold and the screen is amazing. I have a bad wrist and now I don't have to fuss with a zipper...just snap it closed. This stroller rides smooth and handles well. I gave my former 'excellent' stroller to my Grandaughter for her pup...as she is getting older and can't walk long distances. I had it several years and it was still perfect. If it folded up a bit smaller it would be better than perfect. Luckily I have an SUV with a large trunk.

Great jogging stroller
I love this stroller. Bought it to replace a small 4 wheeled stroller as it wasn't great for jogging. I've taken my Shih Tzu out every morning this summer for 5 km ( she walks the last km). It's a more comfortable ride and the front wheel can be locked for one handed pushing since my Garmin only counts the steps if you're not holding onto something. All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase
