We just went on our first trip with this suitcase ...

We just went on our first trip with this suitcase and 2 wheels broke off before we could even check this suitcase for our flight. The return policy window has passed and now we are stuck with a suitcase that does not function. We want a refund!

Wasted my money

This suitcase smelled really bad and after filling and switching out dozens of odor eliminator sheets in it, it still smells. On the 2nd trip that I used it, the pull up handle completely broke, leaving it unusable unless I carried the suitcase. Very disappointed!
