Nice and juicey

Though I was ordering alcohol markers but I am very happy with these. They juice and fun to use. The smaller end is perfect for tight areas.

60 colors in two thicknesses is nice

There are several things about this set to like: • It comes with 60 colors that really cover a lot of hues. You can pick the right one. • Each marker has a very thin tip and a brush tip. You can create with different line weights. • The markers work very well from both ends. • The markers come in plastic trays that hold the markers in and stack nicely and can be reinserted into the box! In general, these are good quality markers for drawing and coloring. The only drawback I've experienced is that there is no middle ground between very thin and pretty thick. It takes a bit of trying to get used to working with the brush tips to control the stroke. Other than that, all good!

Great basic marker set. Wish it had a case of some sort.

Overall not a bad set of brush markers / fine tip markers. Useful for coloring or even just taking notes and wanting multiple colors. The brush end Is pretty soft so it is possible to get very different results with the amount of pressure applied which is nice. Colors are vibrant, and doesn't bleed or feather on normal paper. The paper I'm using in the pictures is from an Oxford Composition notebook. I note "normal" as what you'd normally find anywhere not heavy weight paper for fountain pens. Recommend if you need a set of markers for a relatively cheap price. My only complaint is I just wish it had a better case that wasn't just two pieces of plastic in a cardboard box, but for the price it does make sense.

Basic markers

This review is for “Amazon Basics Dual Tip Art Marker, Brush and Felt Tip Color Pen, 24 Colors”. This set of markers is ok. The box opens from the ends and the markers are in two plastic trays. You can’t access just one color without removing at least one full tray. A box with a lid would be more convenient. I like that each marker has a brush tip and a narrow tip. I tested all of them and they worked well except the fine tip on a couple of colors was a little dry. The colors are vivid. I was disappointed that the golden yellow (barrel) pen is almost exactly the same shade as the light orange (barrel) pen. The differentiation between the darker orange and orange red pens is also poor. The rest of the colors are all easily differentiated. These pens would be great for older children. I wouldn’t recommend them for younger children because some of the colors aren’t washable. The markers work ok and are economical. I would give them 3.5 stars if I could.

Basic markers, meets the needs

So I’ll say I’m not some big artist or anything, just someone that likes to color as a way to relax. These markers work perfect for someone like me. They have two different brushes, perfect for fine details or a bit broader work. The box isn’t the best but I wouldn’t expect it to be either. I haven’t had the need to wash these out of clothes so no idea if they come out but they stay well in the paper. Overall, a great set if you’re looking to color!

Great set of basic markers

These markers might not be up to artist standard, but for general use like coloring books or journaling they work just fine. The set of 60 has a wonderful variety of colors for a very affordable price. The brush tip end is the most noticeable place you'll see why these markers are so inexpensive. The point on the brush tip doesn't hold up well and begins to get mushy after a few uses. The fine tip end is a lot better, and the one I mainly use. I've not popped one open to see how big or saturated the ink reservoir is so I'm not sure how long these will last. For 60 dual end makers for just over $20, I think I'll get my money's worth. And while these markers are water-based, they are not specifically created to be washable. It mentions this in the listing information, and makes specific notice about the red and blue shades. I wouldn't recommend this set for younger kids who may stray off paper and end up coloring themselves, the walls, the pets, or furniture. Even with older kids or adults, depending on the heaviness of the paper used, you might want to consider putting down some kind of protection for the surface being used as a place to color on in case any of the markers bleed through the paper.

Large selection. Perfect for my needs. Inexpensive.

I needed a wide variety of colors for a project. This set worked great and was low cost. All of the markers I have used form this set have worked well. My only complaint is that they do not come with any kind of storage. The plastic trays they come in are really only designed for shipping. If course the cost would go up if they include some sort of storage device. Five stars for equality and value.
