Good foil. Can it be recycled?
This is a review of "Amazon Basics Non-Stick Foil, 95 Sq Ft.” This aluminum foil is thicker and more heavy duty than a standard roll, which makes it more suitable for baking and grilling. You can feel the difference from the regular (shiny) side compared to the non-stick (matte) side which feels slippery. We had a lasagna tonight. I had high hopes that the non-stick side would not stick to the cheese, but it did. When opening the roll, there was a tab holding the foil. In order to remove that tab, we had to discard a large piece of foil. That design could probably be rethought. The box is sturdy and the foil was okay to tear - in sort of a straight line. I had a hard time pushing in the tabs on the side (that keep the roll from falling out). Those tabs are a bit too wide. I mangled the foil a bit in the process. All in all, this seems like a good foil. I think we’ll especially like it for grilling things like salmon which is notorious for sticking to the foil. I’m wondering if it is recyclable like other foils (because of the non-stick side).

Does the job
I don't think this aluminum foil is heavy duty. It works great. And I've definitely had thinner foil but I wasn't impressed. I used this amazon Basics right along with my great value heavy duty foil and definitely noticed a difference in thickness. I'd repurchase if I needed regular foil but not impressed as a heavy duty foil.

Foil for days!
Plenty of foil in this roll. It’s strong and very durable. I use a lot of foil and this came in so handy. It’s def good quality foil

Pretty standard foil
This is some pretty standard foil. Works as well as any other foil I've tried. It is not super thick and is easy to work with. Width is perfect for my foil drawer. I have no complaints about this stuff. Really, it all just boils down to price value with foil. This is a decent value

Less Sticky Than Standard Foil
After using a name-brand of non-stick foil, I was excited to give this one a try. While it doesn't work quite as well as the name-brand, it works really well and is a fraction of the price. We hate scrubbing pans so whenever we cook something on a sheet pan we cover it with foil first. I have yet to find non-stick foil in 18" widths so we usually double up on this one to try to cover our larger cookie sheets. Overall very happy with the "Amazon Basics Heavy Duty Non-Stick Foil, 95 Sq Ft". At only about $8 a roll it is affordable and it works well.

Good foil
Works just as good as other brands you’d find at the store. No complaints. It’s not a cheap-o foil brand and I’ve used it as I would any foil.

Works well, easy to cut
There's a small piece of tape that comes off easily to unwrap the foil. It's easy to cut the piece of foil off in a straight line, and seems to be durable enough to crunch the foil around without it tearing - while also being easy to tear if you want to.
