Decent Value. Zippers are not placed well and break easily. Several of the zippered pockets are hard to access the way the zippers are placed. Zippers are not very heavy duty and get caught and break and make the pocket useless.

Great accessory for the Pelican Case (fits more than just he 1600)

I adapted a set of three Pelican cases to perform as panniers on my 2022 BMW R1250GS and added this organizer to the top-box to hold a wide variety of things needed on the road. Took it on a 4100 mile trip and it performed flawlessly.

Not a bad product.

As owner of several pelican products I felt positive this also would be a no brainer for me. This specific lid organizer has five fishnet pouches with zippers, two nylon pouches with a velcro flap, three thin narrow pouches without any flap used to store pens, toothbrushes, etc. There is a windowed pouch to display drivers licence or some other form of ID as well. Finally there is one main nylon pocket without a zipper or flap. The whole organizer has a hard backing made of what seems to be plastic. This case comes with 7 short screws and double back tape to secure the organizer to the lid of your pelican case. Overall I am pleased with this product but I wish the other compartments had either a zipper or a velcro flap as well. It's fine under normal usage, but after baggage handlers get done, whatever you had in the other open compartments might end up somewhere else. Also I wish the compartment material was made of something different then nylon. Either way it's still a great product and I would probably buy another organizer for another one of my pelican cases. I gave this four of five stars because of the thin nylon and lack of flaps and or zippers to secure the product in place. Pelican makes a five star case so I know they can make this organizer just as tough. To sum it up: Great product from a great company.

As advertised, instructions are confused

As for the organizer itself - it appears to be sturdy. There are three small zipper pockets, two larger zippered pockets, a velcro pocket that could be used for CDs or documentation, one large pocket at the top that does not close, and space for pens and a clear ID/business card pocket. There are also a number of holes in the backing to be used with the included screws to attach the organizer to holes that are already supposed to be in the lid. My case has no such holes. The instructions say that there are also velcro straps included in case the case has no screw holes. There were not any velcro straps included. Now, I was expecting that I would have to mount this product on my own anyway, so I was prepared with some little velcro squares. I used 8 light-duty velcro squares to secure this to the case. I had some heavy duty squares but wasn't sure how well they would adhere to the case, and I wanted the velcro to come apart before the adhesive. So far, so good - I don't plan on having to take it on and off too often but it is definitely secure.

It is what it is..

It works. Holes matched up. Warmth? Terrible. I tried to use it as a blanket and it didnt do anything to keep me warm. As for holding things, they are OK. The top open pocket doesn’t hold squat when you close the lid and everything falls out of the open pocket. They need a velcro strap to keep it closed. Also the top pocket flaps dont do a great job of holding the contents in either. The other pockets are okay. Work as they should. Zippers are not that smooth. Sticks a lot. But other than that, it works.

Excellent product for 1600 Pelican series

This product is exactly as advertised. I used a pelican case for field exercises and this makes organization of those small and often used items so much easier when it comes to packing. The only downside is that the laptop portion does take up about 1/3 of the additional storage space. It is still space well used for paperwork or even smaller electronics like an iPad though. Overall a great product and well worth the money to help organize your pelican 1600 series containers.

Perfect for Sam’s Club 24” Case

Bought it for my Members Mark 24” case from Sams club. The dimensions were pretty close so I figured I’d try it out. Got it in and installed it today, seems like it was made for this case. The holes on the case lined up perfect with the holes in the organizer. Seems well made but only time will tell. I bought it to keep small parts organized and away from the bulk of my gear. Looks like it’ll do the job just fine. I bought a slightly used one and save d a few bucks, but even at full price it’s worth the purchase.

Excellent accessory for the Pelican case

The organizer makes the Pelican case much more useful. Be cautious though as some of the photos for it do not exactly represent the configuration of the organizer. It is, however, as shown in the photograph here, with three pockets on the right and four on the bottom, along with one large enough to hold files. It also has a couple of pockets in front of the file folder that are not really mesh. It is well designed, and actually attaches to the lid with screws. Pelican has superb products, but they are pricey. I think this particular one, though, is well worth the money - at least it was for me. Make sure you get the right one - they have several different sizes for different cases, and when shopping for the best price, it is easy to mix up the sizes.

Funciona perfecto

Lo uso mucho y ya esta hasta el tope de cosas en mi Pelican. El diseño podría ser un poco mejor, pero aún así es muy util.

良いと思います。但し、付属のネジは使わない事！

モノ自体はタダの「蓋の裏に取り付ける小物入れ」なんですが標準装備にしても良いと思うくらいのアイテムですね取り付けに関しても適当に位置を合わせて貼り付けてネジでしっかり固定するだけの代物で、ぶっちゃけ説明書とか要るのか？って感じですネジ固定なんで下穴開けは必須（って程でも無いですが）ですが、電動インパクトドライバー持ってる人はそのままでネジ込めますただし！それほど厚みは無いので貫通しない様に注意が必要かも穴開けに抵抗があるなら、ホムセンで出費をケチらず3Mの両面テープ（分厚くて強力なヤツ）とか自動車コーナーの外装用強力両面テープ（モノは同じですが）を買ってきて「これでもか！」ってくらいにガッツリ貼り付けるのもアリかも知れませんって言うか、その方がお勧めかも知れません付属のタッピングネジを使うと「確実に」蓋を貫通してしまいますので、しっかりネジ止めする場合はホムセンでもっと短いタッピングネジ（2/3～半分の長さで充分かと）を購入しましょうナンにしても、サイズが大きければ大きいほど蓋の裏がデッドスペース化したりするんでオススメのアイテムですあと、ネジ部にあるポケットにモノを入れる時はネジの頭でキズが付かない様に気を付けましょう
