Only peeler you need
Love this peeler. My employer found in grocery store and after checking for 3 months i went to amazon. Duh… Got it then one for every house i cook in. So get it.

A Perfect Y-Shaped Peeler (much superior to OXO's)
This y-shaped peeler is exactly what it should be. Sharp blade, easy to hold handle, and effective at quickly peeling produce like carrots and potatoes. I bought this peeler to replace its OXO Good Grips competitor, which is exactly the opposite of this peeler OXO's has a dull blade and is not easy to hold. I'd bought the OXO product only a few weeks earlier but threw it out after one-too-many times when I cut or abraded the hand that was holding the vegetable because the dull blade and poor grip repeatedly resulted in scraping the peeler against that hand.

Best peeler ever!
No joke this might be the best peeler ever made. It is sharp and peels very easily so you might want to be careful using it. It's crazy good. You don't have to use much force at all.

Great product!
When peeling yams, sweet potatoes, etc it peels easily. Especially with my arthritis hands.

Color doesn't match illustration
Love the style, durability & price point. Purchased the red version a few years ago and recently thought it would be prudent to buy a replacement while it was still available. I was disappointed to receive a green peeler, rather than the red one featured in the picture. Apparently, green is the only color currently available.

Favorite Kitchen Item
This potato peeler is nice and sharp, and easy to use. I also appreciate the blade protector piece, which keeps it sharp. There is only one fault, which is that except for the blade, the peeler is made out of plastic; therefore, it is not indestructible. I was rough with it, and a small piece broke off. I quickly replaced the peeler with a new one, because it works so well otherwise.

Best inexpensive peeler ever!
I like this peeler. Good size, not bulky, does the job on cucumbers, potatoes (not apples) and other smaller vegetables . For the money, can't be beat. When blade gets dull, order another peeler
