Cute shoes, but they spend as much time off his feet as on
These are very cute shoes and I love that the tan/brown ones can be dressed up or down. They have a nice fit on even chubby baby feet and I like the soft bottom for my little guy who is just learning to walk. That said, my little guy loves the velcro strap on these and is constantly taking them off. That would probably ring true for most baby shoes at this age, but the one strap makes it very easy for him to get them off.

Finally a shoe that fits my toddlers foot!
First let me start out by saying, I've gone through numerous attempts to find shoes that I can actually squeeze my toddler's foot into. The shoes are always good on the length, but my son has very "tall" feet or a high instep, so putting most shoes on feels like we are trying to cram his foot into a tiny shoe opening. These specific shoes are great though because once the Velcro strap is undone, the tongue of the shoe can come out all the way. This means that the opening of the shoe where his foot goes is huge, and we are able to "slip" them on, then put the tongue back into place, and finally reattach the Velcro. In addition to actually fitting, the shoe itself is great for my son because of the flexibility of the rubber sole, it bends really easy allowing my 1 year old to practice walking more naturally. My son does play rough and he is quite active running and climbing on things, so after a couple of months I did start to notice some threads coming loose. But I do feel confident he'll outgrow the shoes before they fall apart. Overall, they are a great pair of shoes that will fit toddlers with odd foot sizes.

Worth the hype. Goodbye stride rites
First off, I was stubborn to try pediped. Heard about them, heard how much people liked them, but I thought nothing could match my stride rites... Until my son outgrew the soft motion srt line of stride rite shoes. After size 6 in stride rites the soles of their shoes are not nearly as flexible as the were in smaller sizes. My son is two, but a very stumbly walker. Shoes that are flexible and not bulky is a necessity for him. These shoes meet all of his needs. They are very flexible yet sturdy, and this style could not be any easier to put on or take off I love them and will be buying them again in the future... Bye stride rite! Size compared to stride rite- 6.5 stride rite fits and measures exactly the same as 23 eu in pediped... which they say is a size 7. Also worth mentioning, keen seacamp cnx have wonderful soles. Same flex as pediped but more traction. Best sports sandals ever.

Nice shoes!
Nice shoes, the gray color is not as pictured definitely is a dark gray. I don't mind though. They look really comfortable, easy to put on and off.

easy to slip on and a good grip on the ground when walking.
from the first time my 15month old tried the shoes on, he didn't want to take the shoe off he has out toeing foot and this were just the perfect shoes for him. easy to slip on and has good grip so he is not falling most of the time.

Great.
We like pedipeds in general, and the price was right on these. They look a little goofy and wide when they are not on my sons foot, but once they are on him they are a cute little shoe. These are also great for him to practice getting his own shoes on and off. They open up so wide that he can easily slip them on all by himself.

Glad I bought
Other people said they ran small, but I did not find that with these shoes. I did order up and they are big, but still able to be worn with plenty of room to grow. The Velcro strap really helps keep these on. They are cute, washable and the bottom lets my 16 month old grip, as he still has the drunken sailor walk going. :)
