Easy to breathe and smart design

Bought for jiu jitsu and MMA. There is no resistance to breathing unlike the Everlast mouth guard I purchased earlier. The piece comes with a support stabilizer that you insert when boiling so the holes don't collapse, which is what happened with the Everlast piece. There is also perfectly placed support for the molars so I can clench down to avoid getting KOd. I don't know why this item was burried so far in Amazon, it's really perfect for both upper and lower jaw support. I would recommend this for combat sports 100%

Purchased as an anti-snore device.

This device DOES hold your jaw in a good position to reduce snoring. It also has enough clear opening to permit decent breathing. It was relatively easy to mold to fit my mouth. However, I don't think I could sleep with this or any other device in my mouth. I have tried 4 nights and either wake up with it lying next to me or can't sleep because having it in my mouth is distracting. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE PRODUCT. I am just a drooly, mouth breathing, snoring mess of a sleeper and this is not the magic device for me. I can read a book with this device in my mouth. Or play shuffleboard. Or ride side-saddle on a Buffalo. However, I could NOT do the following 2 things with it in place: 1. Earn a decent living as a radio talk show host. 2. Sleep. Again, IF you can sleep with it in your mouth, I believe it would work properly to align your jaw to reduce snoring. At less than twenty bucks it's inexpensive enough to just throw away if it doesn't work. Or if you're worried about losing the money you could take up kickboxing as a hobby, keep the thing, and you'll have not wasted a dime.

Very Soft.

Good soft mouth guard. Just be sure when you mold it, don't bite down until you set it just right and don't bite too hard. It's so soft, your teeth will go right though. May need to order 2-- in case you mess up molding the first one like I did :)

Good breathing and protection for sparring

Good breathing and protection for sparring. Offers best breathing ability of all mouth guards I've tried so far. Molding process was pretty easy and became safe snug comfortable fit after 1 boiling try. Good breathing spaces because I can't breath through my nose very well and that can be troublesome when people are swinging punches at you.

Tough to fit, Tough to get used to.

Fitting takes multiple tries, its hard to get the top part of the mold to fit to the teeth, despite all the warnings about overheating the product, its very difficult to mold the front part without dipping it into the water for an extended period of time. I suppose every product takes some getting used to, but i mostly use it for BJJ and i kept on drooling and had trouble breathing only through the front of the mouthpiece, and I would shoot spittle through the front when i was breathing hard. Overall the product is of great quality, its just that realistically its hard to have a double mouthguard that makes it easy to breathe out the front.

I have been using these as a sleep aid. My snoring was bad. These saved my relationship. Also made me not need that Cpap any more.
