Nice board shorts

That run a little large on me as I usually fit a large in most brands but would consider going down to a medium for these board shorts especially if swimming in the ocean as they may come off. The pockets in the front are a nice size and it comes with one pocket with Velcro on the back. Overall happy with these especially given the price.

These are pretty good

These are no frills swim trunks. They're a little shorter than I like, but it doesn't matter much, for what I use them for. If you want simple swim trunks that'll get the job done, these will probably do it.

Fit a little tighter than I would have liked

Overall, I would say these are a pretty standard pair of board shorts. Wearing them there was nothing about them that I would say stood out from other board shorts nor was there anything about them that made them worse than other board shorts. They seem to be pretty well made and a decent pair of shorts. My one complaint is based on their size chart it said a medium would be 32.5-34.5 waist and a large would be 36.5-38.5. Based on that I was thinking the large would be way to big and the I was right towards the top of the medium range. The medium is too tight around the waist and they do not fit great at all. I definitely should have gotten a large. I would recommend if you are towards to upper part of a size range size up for sure.

Choosing the correct size is VERY important.

The fabric has a good feel for board shorts. Not too soft, not too stiff. The fly closes with three hook and loop fasteners (velcro), which i prefer to one long strip. The waist isn't particularly adjustable, the drawstrings don't cinch it down very much. I would encourage buyers to choose their sizes carefully. Mine fit, but I'm not able to tie them as snugly as I would like to. Overall, very comfortable. I will definitely keep them as lounging shorts, or a relaxed day in the pool. For anything more involved (water sports or other activities that result in your shorts catching a good tug every now and again) I will continue to wear an older pair that I can tie tighter. These are well made, and I would buy again.

Essentials - board shorts - Don't need anything else.

As described and the Amazon brand so they are well made. Both velcro and chord to hold things up. Comfort at 4 only because board shorts are, by their very nature not that comfortable. Very light because, well, they're board shorts. Buy with confidence, return if needed.

Nice Board Shorts

I wear a large and this large fit as expected, and the length is nice, too. The tie-front with velcro keeps the shorts closed very well but there's a limit to how tight you can tie them. I like to keep my shorts on when I swim so tying them tighter than a normal pair of shorts is essential. They'll probably be tight enough, though. And I love me some pockets and these have two on the sides and one on the back. My other board shorts only have one pocket, usually on the back or on the thigh, but I'm liking that these have the two on the side.

Oh so bright

I wear a size 6 pant (I am a woman) and bought a small. My hips are wide and my thighs are full. These were tight across the rear end/hip but fit well in the leg. I think a medium would have been too baggy and the small will work for my purposes. Normal board short material. Not a huge fan of the color, it is very “hot” pink and the pictures really don’t show the true color

High-Quality, Slim-Fit Shorts

These board shorts are a great addition to any summer wardrobe. They feature two front pockets and one back pocket, and the material has a high-quality feel to it. It's worth noting that they don't have an interior lining. The fit is slim, which can be great for those with a slimmer build. I have a 34" waist and an athletic build, and the medium size fit well in the waist but was tight on my legs. Overall, I would recommend these shorts for those with a slimmer build.
