Very comfy but not long lasting

As a woman it's hard to get comfy "home" shorts with pockets that covers my butt and has a drawstring waist for a good price, so I ordered these mens shorts 2 years ago. I wear them nearly every night to bed and sometimes for a few hours before bed. The pockets are big enough to hold my phone (completely) and the shorts are very comfortable. The material is lightweight so I can wear them to bed and not worry that they're going to make me hot. Unfortunately they have not held up. I wash them once a week and noticed the waist has started coming apart a few weeks ago. I'm still going to wear them until they completely fall apart and I'm buying more of them for me and my bf; if they were a higher cost I wouldn't recommend nor buy more but they're cheap.

I very often have a problem with deciding size when ordering mens' underwear and pyjama shorts because the size of the item is listed under the descriptive nomenclature small/large/extra large/etc. rather than a numerical nomenclature in inches/centimeters. The numerical nomenclature is foolproof and I do wish manufacturers used that rather than the vague descriptive one. Could Amazon please coax manufacturers to use the foolproof nomenclature.

Good Alternative to Long Sweat Pants

I like theses pyjama shorts - 2nd pair bought! They are a nice light weight, wash well without any noticeable shrinking, and pleased the black colour does not runoff onto white bed sheets. They are fairly loose fitting without looking ridiculous on my skinny legs, and the waist elastic is perfect for me (34 Waist - bought M). Super comfortable to wear in bed and around the house in the warmer weather instead of long sweat pants.

Fabric a little on the thin side, but comfortable

I bought a couple of pairs of shorts for my son and these were one of them. They are decently made, but I felt the fabric was a little bit thin. Based on the size chart and other comments I bought a different size than I would usually buy and although they fit, they are a bit on the small size, so I probably should have gone for the next size up. Despite that, he likes them and says that they're comfortable. They also wash well.
