Cheap price, cheap product - but for flash cards, it'll do.
Cheap price, cheaper product - but in the end, it works fine as simple vocabulary or language flash cards. Since I'm planning to use it for language vocabulary, I only need one or two words per side and the size of these cards fit that well. Sharpie and black marker will show through. Pencil and pen will show though a bit, but you can just ignore it really, as long as you aren't squinting to try and figure it out through the paper. Of course, if you put it to light, you'll see the words right away. Also, one of the cards was folded in so I'm not using that one, and others (about five) have a weird cutting at the edge which annoys me but by no means keeps you from using it. In the end, I wasn't expecting much, and that's pretty much what I got. So long as it's functional, the price is what it is.

Love the conveinence of the cards. good for taking notes and using for children's math review cards. Also for learning a foreign language.

Ok. Here are cards - a thousand. Perfectly cut, in a solid box. (I would prefer if the top of the box was covered, though. But this is such a detail) 1) It's thin! Not as thin as just a paper from my printer, but it is still very thin for its purpose! You want to write on both sides - a word, or a concept on one side, and the translation or answer, or description on the other side. But with this cards, you will have to use a light sharp pencil, if you don't want to see through. Also, not much of pleasure handling - still feels like a paper, in hands. I would appreciate if it had little more of that card feeling. 2) I liked how it was shown on that picture - a set of several different colors, so that you would be able to give it a meaning. Difficulty, or subject, or kind of a clue. So anyway, I just expected that - because that is how it is shown on a picture they provide. (Maybe I had to read descriptions more carefully - they never say it is actually diverse color set). So just to let you know - what comes is just light yellow. All of them. 3) Finally I use them very rarely, mostly like little papers to write a recent plan, or someones phone or a name of a store. You know, just when you just need a piece of paper really fast. Not as learning cards, as I expected. And for learning I bought something else. I would specify, but it is not amazon product - just something from a nearby store, but it satisfies me totally. So I do not recommend buying this product, especially for studying. It's cheap - so I still give it 3 stars overall for product. But the quality alone would be about two stars.

Thin and not great
These cards are VERY thin. more like construction paper than manila. The ink goes right through them. If you are looking for something to make flashcards with or write on both sides these are not ideal.

Cheap price. Cheap quality.
Not cards. Paper. Thin. Good if you make little notes and don't want the sticky backing like on a post-it, but these are just little rectangular pieces of paper. Any marker will bleed right through. Heck, ambient light bleeds right through. Good paper, actually, but in no way can you call these cards.
