This thing is fantastic This comes with the pedometer a lanyard an extra battery (Major plus), a tiny tiny screwdriver for when you need to replace the battery and a belt clip. It Records steps, distance, calories, fat burned and exercise time. Its super small about an inch wide and maybe 3 inches long. Doesn't weight hardly anything either maybe an ounce at the most if even that. I've used it clipped to my shorts and in my pocket and you can't even feel that its there. I don't know about you but I love it when items come with a replacement battery. Batteries aren't cheap. OH and just an FYI don't forget to remove the plastic piece thats in the battery. I'm like 100% positive that you won't but apparently my silly self didn't remember that small detail and spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why it wouldn't work <- True story. In my defense though it usually sticks out more than what this one did and i didn't notice it. I was thinking that because a battery came with it you had to put the battery in it so when I took it apart to put the battery in it that plastic piece fell out. Story of my life let me tell ya. My husband seems to think that because i'm a stay at home mom I get to sit around all day, well aside from the normal things like cooking for the kids and laying them down for nap time. He is one of those men that has to "see it" to "believe it". Thanks to this I was able to "show" him how much I actually got to sit down a day. Which is usually only the hour my kids are napping and sometimes I take advantage of that time and clean because lets face it when you have kids there is no such thing as a clean house so when i clean its usually during naps or when they go to bed for the night. Well mama had news for him he was floored when i showed him the steps this thing read. I had almost 2000 steps. I can't remember the exact number but it was around 1986 or something like that. I had one of those glorious moments where I got to tell my husband "I told you so." He never takes into account that i hate being in the house and my boys are the same way. We are always outside and having a 6, 2 and 1 year old there is no sitting now for me. I've let my husband take it to work a few times since I got it. He works in a warehouse dealing with fiber glass and panels and one of many things he does is loading, back and fourth all day long for 10 hours a day. I knew he walked a lot. We would always joke about how many miles a day he walked. Well no more joking around for us. According to this pedometer he takes on average around 10,354 steps a day and thats just at work thats not including when he gets home. Thats a little over 5 miles a day. You talking about a jaw dropper there. Honestly it made me worry for him walking that much in a warehouse where its usually 15 degrees if not more hotter than outside. I'm grateful his company always has drinks on hand for the employees. Aside from how myself and my husband had used this when we first got it I actually got it because my husband and I started walking the creeper trail every weekend for a few hours a day. Being a stay at home I don't really walk as much as I should. Using this pedometer I have now set up goals for each day of the weekend that i want to walk and have increased it every weekend. I use this to make sure my goals are reached. It hasn't disappointed yet and I love the little thing. Its compact and super easy to set up and use. I received this item at a discounted price for my honest unbiased opinion.

Decent, basic pedometer
This is a terrific product that perfectly addresses my three main issues with pedometers: Size, accidental resets and accuracy. 1) Size/thickness. Most pedometers are awfully large and quite difficult to conceal under clothes. The traditional pendulum mechanism requires the pedometer be worn on your waistband, by your belly button. That's so very conspicuous. This pedometer is a delight! It's the thickness of about two quarters stacked. Very slim and easily dropped in your pocket, where it is perfectly invisible. I haven't used the belt clip, but it seems very secure and low profile for a belt clip. 2) Accidental resets. OMG! These make me crazy! This pedometer does not reset itself accidentally, which is terrific. On their competitor's pendulum based pedometers, when you've had a good day and all of the sudden you've leaned against a counter for too long and POOF! your day's activity is deleted, I get so annoyed. Not so with this product because it does not reset accidentally. This pedometer requires multiple buttons that are not on the same side of the device be pressed to reset manually so it does not reset in the middle of the day. YAY! 3) Accuracy. This is where the Ozeri 4x3razor Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer truly shines. It is dead-on accurate. Like any pedometer, it occasionally will miss a step. However, for the most part, I find it spot on. The number of steps I take is the number of steps it shows. Very excellent! There are two minor items I would like to note. The first is that, like most any digital watch I've had this pedometer has three small buttons used to trigger many different commands, and the Ozeri 4x3razor is not completely intuitive in set/reset functions, so as other reviewers have suggested, be sure to keep the user's manual handy. Second, it's a bit disconcerting that the digital display fades out if you touch the buttons or the screen in the wrong way. It comes right back on as soon as you stop pressing the wrong thing, but just a bit of an annoyance. But overall I think this is a dynamite pedometer and highly recommend it. 7/19/12 Updated: I did like this pedometer, but it is rather static. About two months ago I purchased a Striiv pedometer for $99 on Amazon. I infinitely prefer the Striiv pedometer. Perhaps a smidge over optomistic on calories burned, but highly highly motivating and fun. I never use the Ozeri pedometer anymore. The Striiv pedometer is far more motivating and the only one I use now. I've inserted the link for the Striiv monitor here.Striiv Device Basic Bundle

Ozeri Pocket 3D Pedometer is fantastic
I enjoy very much using my Ozeri DIgital Pocket 3D Pedometer. It is accurate and pushes me to take more steps. It is compact and I do not need to wave my arms to count my steps because I just slip it in my pant pocket. It is compact, small but punches a lot of savoir-faire. The only problem I have with it is that it does not spring forward or fall backward in time changes. So I have to reprogram it on those two days. But what does that matter really. All you have to do is walk and keep on walking to stay fit. But you need to know the amounts of steps you take in one day in order to realize if you have walked enough to lose weight. That is when, where and why I like my Ozeri Pedometer.

Easy to use.
I love this little machine. It has a safety attached so if it falls off it doesn't drop. However, i have dropped it several times and it hasn't broken. It is light weight and super handy.works better than a fot bit because it only records steps not hand/arm movements.

OPTIMISTIC counter
Planned to use for daily step count and YMCA workouts. I had tested the FitBit I lost with actual step counts and it was very accurate. Printed material with this device said it would ignore the first 10 steps if activity stopped, or something that meant that to me. Instead, this device seems to OVER count steps by almost 1/2. That is, if I walk 1 mile on a treadmill it may show enough steps for almost 1.5 miles. DON'T Recommend.

Love my new pedometer!
Easy to use, easy to read and records my steps accurately unlike other pedometers I've had. The clip is very sturdy as well so I haven't had any issues with it slipping off. It arrived within the stated shipping time as well. I'm very happy with my purchase.
