Cute, but scrapey
Drawers aren’t on wheels/tracks, it doesn’t seem? It feels like it’s just sliding against the metal frame (Am I doing something wrong?). Otherwise adorable and exactly as described. The lock locks the bottom two drawers, not the top.

Great buy!
What I got is exactly what I expected. The purple is beautiful! Comes already put together, with the exception of the drawer handles. Those are easy to install. Drawers slide smoothly. Lock works well and comes with two keys. My only complaint is the bottom drawer handle is towards the bottom of the drawer. It would be more user friendly to have the handle towards the top of the drawer. But otherwise, I have zero complaints with this cabinet.

I Love This Pink Filing Cabinet!????????
The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical to purchase, because I saw so many reviews about the item arriving damaged. I did not have this experience. Thick Styrofoam surrounded the cabinets on each corner and top/bottom circumference. It was easy to unpack, and it took no more than about five minutes to add the handles. I just needed to go find my Phillips head screwdriver… So that was actually more like 10 minutes total, including search time! The video shows before and after adding the drawer pulls. Color is just want I wanted - bubblegum pink! I’m a fan and happy customer

Meh…
Came slightly dented and missing purple on the left front corner. You can see where it’s bent on the side. Took me 20 mins to wrestle one of the drawers back on the track. Oh and all the screws for the handles didn’t come with it. This is more of a $40-$45 piece instead of the $77-$85 range it’s in. I love the purple tho. It goes well with my paint. This also could have been packaged way better than what it was to protect the corners. Too cumbersome to send back. UPDATE: I have reached out to the vendor following their instructions to email what missing parts I need with a form they provide and have gotten no response. Super disappointed. Won’t be using them again.

Very Good product
When I bought it I read the reviews, and it really made me doubt the fact that many of the reviews mention that it came bended (somehow broken). But I decided to purchase it anyway because I'm all about pink. When it arrived, it came bended, on the front which made it worst. When I reached out to customer service, to request a replacement, the person who take care of me was so kind and efficient. I was advised that I was going to get a good one, no doubt about it. Within 3 days I had my new replacement at home, in new condition, perfectly ready for me to add to my office. It's lightweight, but sturdy. I even have my secondary printer on top. I'm very satisfied with the overcome, and I would recommend it!

Patience is a virtue
I had to order this 3 times for one to finally arrive undamaged. But the 3rd one that arrived undamaged is absolutely everything I hoped for and wanted. It's beautiful, and it's perfect and exactly as described. It's frustrating that they kept coming damaged but the return and reorder process were easy and so worth it for this item. So patience is something you should have if you are gonna order this cause as many reviews state it seems there is a issue with it not being packaged properly to avoid damage while shipping but it is resolved in many cases and you do get a wonderful filing cabinet in the end.

Delicate to ship
Product is exact colour as shown. However, it arrived with the back corner dented in, and slightly warped. The lock does not line up well when trying to lock (probably because it came warped). Have to press hard in and shift the drawer left for it to catch. As it catches the bottom drawer lifts up and aligns . I was able to push the cabinet to a corner to hide the dent. For the price I wish it came completely intact with no damages.

Item arrived damaged
I bought this for my home office and yes, I bought it for the color. I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing, but admittedly felt that a filing cabinet is a filing cabinet and did not consider quality of metal. The metal is quite flimsy. It is, as others have stated, smaller than expected but suits my needs as I only need this for my confidential files. The locking function works fine (the middle and bottom drawer lock), though I do believe if someone was intent on breaking into it they could do so with relative ease given how pliable the metal is. The drawers open and close without issue and my hanging file holders fit perfectly. However, this item arrived damaged. The damage was not as extensive as other reviews, but this filing cabinet is not cheap, yet very cheaply made. The box was intact and there was no visible damage on the box, upon unwrapping the dent in the upper corner was immediately apparent and the drawers don't all match up perfectly. It is functional, I will not be returning as I don't feel it worth the hassle, but I am not impressed. It will do for now, I will upgrade to a better filing cabinet in the future when/if I need more room for my confidential documents.
