Beautiful, attractive, perfectly sized.

Timex's Q Chrono is a homerun in my book. The watch is really nicely made. The stainless steel metal is thick and dense and the watch has a nice heft with a high quality feel. Both the polished and brushed finishes are done beautifully. The band moves fluidly and does not feel stiff. The domed crystal is flawless. This is an understated and beautiful watch. The matte black dial, with chrome hour markers and hands, along with the light gold sub-dials, is a great color scheme. It looks rich and sophisticated. The face is a little busy, so the watch can be hard to read at a glance. The watch is the perfect size for me as a smaller guy - at 5'6" and 135 pounds. A lot of watches can look and feel overwhelming on my smaller wrist. This Timex is the perfect size. I had to remove a lot of links, but with the jeweler's tool I have it was quick and easy. Once sized I found the watch to be comfortable and lightweight. All in all... excellent.

Beautiful watch for the price and generally

This watch is gorgeous and quite solid! Timex has pulled off a great entry-level offering in the 1960s "Daytona remake" category. (And for comparison, About Vintage's entrant retails at about twice the price!). I bought the black leather-strap version since it was all that was left, but I think I actually prefer this to the metal band that is more common in the market (though I sometimes slap an aftermarket metal brand on it, and it looks excellent that way too).

Incredible watch at an even better price

The new Q Timex Chronograph blows me away in every aspect. From the Red Wing Minnesota made strap, to the quality of the materials used in this chronograph, I would easily spend double what these cost new. Timex has knocked it out of the park with this classic. The fit and finish is stunning. People will no doubt ask what you are wearing and will be shocked.

Amazing watch for everyone, so good that I'm planning on getting more of these!

Outstanding, Far exceeded my expectations! Key points: - Excellent size, wears a little smaller thanks to the short Lug to Lug, Like a 38 mm watch but with more presence thanks to the bezel, more like a Uni-sex watch (5" inch wrist to 7 3/4") - Solid bracelet links, not folded ones like the Casio ones. This was a concern that myself had due to hair-pulling since folded ones are like razors, but so happy that is not pulling my "bear" arm hair. - Excellent finishing! the applied indices, the glowing hands and the aligned seconds hand register is amazing. - Also myself was surprised that has some wait to it, it feels like a mechanical chronograph! - Easy to put different straps, bracelets. Has easy removable spring bars so you can use it with NATO straps, leather straps or mesh bracelets (18mm) - The Japanese Epson YM12a quartz movement is so silent and so satisfying to see, Works perfectly and many decades-long reliable! I was so impressed that I (myself) planning on buy more to have with different straps for different seasons/events/outfits.
