Nice Watch, Good Brand Name, Not the Best Sale from Amazon, Not the Best Answers from Viva Time
I bought a black and a white version of this watch. The style is very nice and my wife likes both of them. Amazon Problems: The black watch arrived first and the white one came a few days later from a different location. The black watch appeared to be a "used" return as it was missing plastic wrap on the bracelet and crystal, as well as the plastic spacer to keep the stem from the body during shipping. I contacted Amazon about it and wound up in a negotiation, persuading me to keep the used product. Which I did. The white watch had all of the mfg. packaging and warranty cards, but the screw down stem pushes in but doesn't tighten down ( as the black one did). I ordered a replacement thinking it was defective. The replacement watch stem also did not tighten as the instructions said it would. VIVA TIME PROBLEMS: I wrote to Viva Time customer service explaining my concerns and was disappointed in the answers I received. 1. Viva Time sells to Amazon, Viva Time has no control over how Amazon resells the watches. 2. VT explained there were problems with customers "tightening down" the stem, so later versions has a stem that pushes in, but does not tighten. They thought the black one I received was old stock and the white one was new stock that didn't tighten. I can accept either one, but could have saved Amazon a return if they had understood the product design change and explained it to me. 3. VT seemed to think Amazon's negotiation and price reduction was acceptable and generous. I am not so sure or comfortable. However Viva Time assures me they are covered by the warranty. 4. Band adjustment. I paid a jeweler $40.00 to shorten the bands on the watches. I mentioned this to Viva and they said they would have done it at no charge had I sent the watches to them. I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT, could have save $40 and two trips to the jeweler. BOTTOM LINE: Good looking, quality watches with sketchy sales by Amazon. More information could have been provided up front to aid the buyer and eliminate a lot of back and forth. BOTTOM, BOTTOM LINE: MY WIFE LIKES BOTH WATCHES AND IS HAPPY. AMAZON AND VIVA TIME NEEDS TO STEP UP THEIR GAME!

Well made
Great Channel look alike - beautiful porcelain watch. My only criticism is that the pin needs to be unscrewed to pull out & set the time. A bit annoying but the look & quality of this watch makes it worth the minor annoyance.

Used & Too Small
Love the watch but because I bought one that had been previously returned, clearly the person had resized it before returning. The bracelet was way too tight and had to be returned. Wish Amazon had made a note of that alteration before reselling it so I didn’t waste my time.

adjustments
I really like the watch and it came in good time. I do however, have to take it to a jeweler to have some links out and also change the hour. One has to take the back off to move the crown for time adjustment. I don't like that, as with time changes in the fall and spring, I'll have to take in again. Never seen this on a watch before, no matter what the cost.

This is a handsome version of my old Chanel J12 that died. But unable to remove links to shorten,and sent it to Peugot watch service to do it. They were terrific.

Just what I was looking for. Perfect summer watch
It is just big enough but not too big. Fits my wrist without having to take any links out and I have a medium size wrist. I am really pleased with the way it looks, the size, the fit. It is not too heavy. Will be wearing it all summer! Not a super good pic of the watch face, but you can see the size.

Lack of quality control
I just received this watch, intended to be a gift for my wife, but what a dissapontment...a totally lack of quality control. Is it unbelievable for me to see such a nice ideea so bad crafted! The bezel is completely misaligned with the frame and there is nothing you can do because is not rotate... It gives you right away the feeling of a Dollarama watch, something like 3 dollars a piece. It has to go back right away and do not want to mention about the box, one of the cheapest I have seen in a while.

Bonito está, pero no viene centrado la cosita donde dice 15, 30, 45 de la parte externa de la carátula y no podría usarlo así Me da ansiedad tan solo verlo. Lo regresé Pero sí está bonito

Product was recieved quickky..2 days. Watch face is a little smaller then i was hoping but still nice and appears well made. Need to remove a few links. Tried once but wasnt sucessfull. Dont want to scratch it or break it. Might take to a jeweler.
