It's nice

It it's kind of thick, as in front glass cover to back. If that makes since. I I do believe it is for lefties. As the wind up is on the right side of the watch. Haven't tested it much in the water yet, as that I was looking for a good water proof type situation. But over all I like it.

Very attractive! New collection favorite!

This watch is extremely attractive and gets an A+ for good looks. It gets another 10 for sensible pricing. This is not a dive watch; it just looks like one. With a face of about 1" diameter, it is suitable for small wrists while packing a terrific visual WOW! However, what you get is different from what is suggested you will get. Having clarified a few points with the manufacturer's representative today, it is important to note this model watch – 8942 – has none of the attributes mentioned in general for GQ models; therefore, it is modestly priced. It is essentially like any other battery-operated analog watch. The bezel that does not move at all on this model; it is fixed permanently in place. It does not wind itself automatically with wrist movements. This model does not have a screw-down stem; it cannot be sealed and will be vulnerable to water which explains those customers who report humidity inside the watch. The narrative advises: "Not doing so will cancel the water resistance of the watch and will void all warranties from the manufacturer." Reading the warranty we see the manufacturer recommends against wearing it in a spa or hot tub. Based on the reviews, loosely accurate detail and an existing watch collection, I purchased the $4.99 extended warranty. The reviews are mixed as to whether the extended warranty will produce results when a claim arises. The manufacturer’s representative advised being careful around water; do not submerge - it is NOT SUITABLE for recreational surfing, swimming, snorkeling, sailing and water sports. It is water resistant to 100', not waterproof. It is "Not suitable for diving" as correctly stated. As many reviews have mentioned, they’ve been under water with this watch and it is ticking just fine. My greatest known risks will be filling dog water bowls, adding water to the golf cart batteries and similar adventures! If I do rescue a drowning person or pet, it will not matter what became of the watch.

Beautiful watch

I bought this watch for me and although I did return it, it wasn't a problem with the watch. The watch face is too small for me to read but that's because of me and not the watch. It is beautiful and very sturdy.

Really lovely watch- excellent value for money.

Having treated my son to an Invicta watch fro his birthday, I appreciated the quality and decided to look into getting myself something similar in appearance, but smaller. I was looking for something waterproof, but since I'm not a scuba diver it was only important that i didn't have to take it off during a quick doggy paddle at the local swimming baths. I have yet to test how waterproof it is. The watch is a little smaller than I expected, but actually more suited to what I needed and really very cute. The hands are easily readable for my poor eyesight and the date is easy to adjust. (It doesn't give you clear instructions on how to do this, but it is actually quite simple - pull the crown out one click and twist). I needed to have two links removed in order to have the watch sit on my wrist comfortably without spinning around. If the removal of one link isn't enough and two too many, then there is an adjustment that can be made on the clip fastener. It's lovely to have a watch back on my wrist rather than clamber around in my handbag looking for my phone. One day in and I'm happy as I can be with a sixty quid watch. Very pleased I purchased it. Quick delivery too, although I had to pick it up from my neighbour who kept me talking when all I wanted to do was open the parcel and enjoy my new purchase. ;-)

Beautiful watch.

When I bought this watch for myself the first time, my sister loved it so much that I let her keep it. I recently bought it again and it was on sale, so a great bargain. It has a lovely blue coloured dial. I have worn it in the bath/shower without any problems. Please note that if the date/time adjuster is not pressed down properly, water can get in. It has a small face and I love it as it’s so hard to find a good looking watch for smaller wrists. It looks very feminine and a lot more expensive than it is. I can highly recommend this watch.

Perfect Ladies Sports Watch, elegant and classy

Beautiful watch, exactly as described and looks even better than in the picture. The blue dial and bezel look stunning with the dual coloured bracelet, which goes well with all silver, white and yellow gold jewelry. It looks very classy and more elegant with its smaller diameter. My other diver watches are much more heavy and chunky but this one I can easily wear every day, in the office as well as for sports. Very easy to read the time and also the magnified date. Can't try it out under water until summer so I hope it will be water resistant 200m as described. Amazon delivered within 2 days, well ahead of the standard delivery I paid for so excellent service too!

Not Water Resistant, even for surface swimming

Very pretty watch, but after only 6 months of wear the crown became loose so I couldn’t always trust the time or the water resistance. As a result the watch got water in it and the company (Invicta NOT amazon, who are generally marvellous about these things, but it was outside of their liability time) basically told me that they weren’t interested, but I could send the watch to the States at my own expense and to be sure to include a return postage cheque. I may as well buy a new one! I won’t be buying Invicta again as this is the second time an Invicta watch that is supposed to be resistant to 200 metres has got water in it from surface swimming. Pro Diver it is NOT!

Invicta Womens Pro Diver Quartz Watch

Pleased with watch, looks good but comes with 2 years warranty with offer of further 1 year when register. Registered the watch 23rd Feb day after receiving but found no mention of 1 year extra warranty offer. Queried via email + could not seem to get across all I was looking for was confirmation of this extra year as per offer!? Was told that when registered I could 'apply' for extra year, but this did not apoear on website? Queried again + had 2 or 3 further goes but have 'today' [20th March] given up! Maybe its a language problem, firm is Dutch - but can't see why that should be?? Weird, am not prepared to waste any more time on QED!
