Expensive but it works to control the oil in your hair

Oribe is such a great brand. This bottle of shampoo has a nice design but for the amount you get, it's definitely a higher price point. I have curly, dry hair, so normally I don't need oil reducing shampoo. But lately, a couple of days after washing, the hair mostly closest to my scalp looks so oily. I noticed after using this shampoo it controls the oil in my hair and my blowdry lasts longer. I haven't had the need to use dry shampoo as often.

Works well for oils

This stuff does work, and it works fairly well. After a full day at work my hair doesn't feel as it normally does, a little bit oily and dirty. The scent is nice without being overpowering and it lathers very well. The way it was packaged for a higher end product was actually kind of laughable, a thin box with no tape. My bottle was halfway out of the box by the time it got to me, luckily it didn't leak everywhere. I have a hard time finding anything negative about this shampoo which is a great thing, but at that price I'd be hard pressed to get it more than a few times. ????

Does not dry out hair

My mom is the one using this product as she is already familiar with the brand. She said that this didn’t disappoint as expected. She usually washes her hair every other day or every after two days so she needed something that will take away the oils build up but doesn’t dry her hair completely and this does that perfectly. She mentioned that her scalp feels definitely cleaner and non greasy even the day after wash. Her hair does not dry out after shampooing specially that she doesn’t use a lot of conditioner. This bottle will go a long way because the shampoo is thick in consistency and you don’t need to use a lot as it lathers really good. Definitely worth the price.

Not packaged very well…

Item arrived in disarray. The packaging has no tape on the box whatsoever to prevent the shampoo bottle from flying out of it. The box was crushed, but luckily the shampoo bottle didn’t break or open in the box. Gave this as a gift for my wife and she said she was not impressed. She says it smells good and it does take care of oily hair, but she couldn’t justify buying it for herself, if need be.

Expensive but works

The amount you get for the price does not seem a lot but even if you use this shampoo as little of pea size, It works. I used tiny amount massaged only at roots and scalp using other shampoo on other parts as i have very long hair. The day i used this product i was able to go 2 days more without washing my hair. I can totally see splurging more of this brand.

Smells Amazing!

I love Oribe products and this one is no exception. The smell is wonderful and this shampoo leaves my hear feeling clean but nourished. I don't notice a significant difference on whether this has reduced scalp oil, but regardless, it's a nice shampoo. I got the small size (8.5 fl oz), but expect that this will last a while - the consistency is thick and lathers up very well, so you only need a small amount!

Amazing Scent!

First of all the scent of this shampoo was amazing and my hair smelt and left it smelling for days! I will say the price is a little high for the amount of product you get. but over all it works great!

My hair looks great

I love this oribe oil control shampoo. It comes in a beautiful purple container that is recycled! It has a light floral fresh scent. The shampoo suds up good. My hair looks and feels so clean and voluminous. I will repurchase and am now interested in trying more from this brand.
