Nozzles not compatible
The instructions that came with the sprinkler were for a Saturn III and they mentioned additional nozzles. I ordered some additional nozzles to decrease the spray distance, but when the arrived they are too small to work in the nozzle socket.

About 20 years ago, I had been in Canada. That time, I knew this product. After backed to Japan, I ordered them. What times did them become by this order? I think that attachment is also easy and adjustment is not difficult. It's dissatisfaction a little, a life is 3 or 4 years.

Incomplete Specifications
I needed to replace three sprinkler heads. The HWY Dept asphalt paved them over. The connector is not indicated in any of the specifications. When I got these I found that they have a 1/2" thread. All of my in line connectors are 3/4". Now I am buying adapters so I can install these. Mildly annoying that the connection is not indicated anywhere.

Great Gear-Driven Sprinkler
This is a great rotor sprinkler. Works as advertised, except the minimum length is probably 12 feet, not 11 as advertised. I was hoping to keep it from going into a flower bed, but can't get it any shorter than about 12 feet. It is very easy to adjust, both in length and in the radius or arc you want to cover. One screw for each adjustment. I love the way gear-driven sprinklers water so evenly compared to other sprinklers. I would use even more of these if our backyard wasn't so shallow. Just don't have the width needed in most places to be able to use these.

Would not recommend. They seem to require very high water pressure barely a trickle comes out of them even with only one on the line. Took the filter out and this improved it from a trickle to a dribble, very disappointed.

Moderate Design Change
Have an older Orbit sprinkler system and noticed a slight design change in the newer model of this head. The nozzles are drastically different and not compatible with the older nozzles. Design itself is an improvement with easier to adjust controls for rotation arc and nozzle replacement. Works as well as older heads and would have given 5 stars, but in the past, the heads would come with several replacement nozzles ... this came with one and since it is the nozzles that control the distance that the water sprays it becomes necessary to purchase different nozzles for different applications. A bit annoying. Still a quality product and would recommend Orbit for any in-ground sprinkler deployment.

No parts available in Canada
The sprinkler works fine but I regret that I purchased it. I do not recommend buying it in Canada because spare parts are not available. I bought this because my old one required a new gasket which is available in the USA for $0.99 but Orbit will not ship in Canada. I recommend to do some search and purchase something supported in Canada. All what you need is another brand sprinkler head with 1/2" bottom thread

Good Unit
I have 12 of these units installed in my lawns. They all work well the only reason I bought the latest was to have a spare. A tip for installation would be to adjust the rotation screw to max then when installing, point the silver nozzle screw at the location where you want the spray to start. You can then back off the rotation screw if you don't want 360 rotation.
