This is a quite a gift!
I bought one for each of my daughters several years ago and they are loved by the whole family - couldn't remember where I found them so decided to look for them on Amazon and Amazon came through - will be adding a couple more as family Christmas gifts! Thanks Amazon!!

Great bag
I am in love with this bag. Its not a giant hiking bag so dont get it if thats what you are looking for. You can get quite a bit in it. Its bigger than a childs backpack but not a super large adult back pack. which means for me its perfect. I use it to carry my lunch and dinner, some water, two medical ice packs, personal items I need. It will hold more than I put in it but I like to go light. Im out on the job 12 hours a day and with the medical ice packs things keep cold. in fact I pack my bag at 2pm and when I get home at 1am the ice packs still have solid centers. Ive never tried it with anything hot but the quality of the insulation is of the same caliber of a different smaller bag I have so I imagine it will be great. While Ive had no problems with seams ripping I can see why some have. The stitches are large which allows them to be manufactured quicker I guess. But ideally you would want the stitches to be 4 to the 1 they have if that makes sense. Also the stitches are not double looped as a bag which is built to last would have. There are two rows of stitching, that is not the same as double stitched. I think I will get 3-4 years use out of it or more. If you carry a lot of super heavy items in it you might not get the mileage out of it that I expect to get. My only complaint is the same complaint I have with every bag Ive ever purchased for hiking or lunch. The side pockers are shallow. Yes, they will hold a 12 ox bottle of water. But if you bump it or swing your bag around like I sometimes do when Im whipping it behind my drivers seat you can easily knock the bottle out. In fact I lost my fav umbrella because of how shallow the side pockets are. and again, this is how ALL side pockets are on all the bags Ive ever seen and or purchased. Wouldnt it be great if a manufacturer made these pockets deep enough for a 32 oz bottle? I wish!

Great for holding beverages
This is a great insulated backpack. I’m about ready to order my third one. They last me about 2-2.5 years. I use it every work day to take my water and coffee and assorted snacks to work. The weak spot on both I’ve had seems to be the back strap. I usually grab it by one and sling over my shoulder to carry to and from work building and car. The top red fabric separates from the backing, exposing the padded foam insert. The other weak spot is the red fabric isn’t very durable and holes get worn through where the items I put in everyday chafe and wear it thin. All in all though I’m happy with the features and all the compartments. I just want things to last at least 10 years…

Good bag, minor glitches
This pack was perfect to carry around a theme park. Plenty of space, but not bulky. However, the top handle is already starting to fray a little where it is sewn. Odd, because we don't carry it by that handle, only pick it up and sometimes hang it over a chair so it doesn't have to sit on the floor. Also, the front zipper has a tendency to get stuck on the inside lining because of the way it is stitched. Overall, a great little bag, for a decent price.

Awesome Cooler Bag
I purchased this cooler bag to take to Disney World to keep our snacks/beverages cold. This bag was lightweight and held everything we needed. I like that the straps are padded which made carrying it very easy. It stormed the first day and we got soaked and the bag was drenched but the items inside were still dry. The bag dried that night just sitting in the hotel and was ready for use the next day. I know we will get lots of use out of it as we go to the park this summer.

Straps did not last a month
I transitioned from carrying a heavy lunch box one handed to carrying lunch packbacks and this item was my first. It was super comfortable and convenient to store lunch and miscellaneous items in. Loved the fashion and functionality it provided. The only issue I have experienced was that the top right strap was already coming off within a week of recieving the object. I had it repaired but then a month later, the bottom left strap was ripping apart. I am not rough on my bag at work. I isolate it to prevent any damage from working. If this were much more durable, I would give it 5 stars. But having 2 separate straps rip off within a month is not a desirable feature.

Smaller then it looks.
We have used this when we go on bike rides or trips to the aquarium, zoo, etc but if you put ice in it then after a while it leaks. So make sure to use ice packs or ziplock bags full of ice. Otherwise great item. Also, it is smaller then it looks online.

Yay or nay????
This was the second time I purchased this bag. The first time was so great, that I purchased it a second time. However, the strap came unstitched from the pack today. I’m not sure which time was a fluke: the first great experience or the second bad experience.
