Great cleanser for removing makeup and oils
This is hands down my favorite first cleanser. I use it every night to remove makeup and sunscreen and whatever else I have on my face from the day. It doesn't clog my pores and I don't have to scrub at all to remove any of my makeup including my mascara. It doesn't sting my eyes. It has no fragrance. I have sensitive skin that is prone to acne, and this doesn't clog pores or cause any breakouts! I've tried a couple of other oil cleansers and none of them come even close to this one. It's on the pricier side, but one pump will clean my entire face- totally worth it!

Best way to remove makeup!
I use this product nightly to double cleanse. It removes sunscreen and makeup with ease. Highly recommend it does not irritate my sensitive skin and does not have a scent. I love love love it! It has helped me clear my acne and develop glass skin.

The double cleanse hero
DHC Deep Cleansing oil is my first step in a double cleanse and always gets my make up off better than a wipe, cream cleanser, and more efficient than using eye makeup remover alone. This is a staple in my skin care routine. A must!

My new favorite cleanser
Purchased for my dry skin and eczema on my upper eyelid. Does not irritate my eczema issue. Love that it has no scent. I do still need moisturizer afterwards, which surprised me. Follow instructions to apply with dry hands onto dry face. Will purchase again!

Love this
I really love this stuff. It’s the first time I’ve tried an oil cleanser and it was everything I hoped it would be. It really cleans deeply and dissolves my make up. I have stopped having to use make up remover which is great because it simplifies my routine but also the rubbing (of cotton balls) when I used removers always irritated my sensitive under eye skin. None of that now. I use this every night and then I use a mild cream cleanser for the AM. I will continue to buy this.

Awesome makeup remover
Cleanses face well, doesn't leave a greasy feeling. No need for any other makeup remover, not even for mascara. I previously used 3 Clinique products to remove the makeup and still didn't feel clean and moisturized. I highly recommend it!

One of the best cleansing oils for double cleansing/removing makeup
I use this as the first cleanser in my double cleansing skincare routine. It gets all of my makeup off easily and dissolves/clears up well when followed up with a cleansing soap. I have dry and sensitive skin and this product has never irritated my skin or broken me out. I will continue using this product.

Horrible. Smells of vinegar and made my eyes sting
I've been using this for many years, normally buying direct from the DHC site but as I'd run out I came to Amazon to get the product quicker. This is no way comparable to the product I get from DHC. It's a bright yellow colour, smells of vinegar and made my eyes sting. To check I wasn't going mad, I ordered a bottle direct from DHC and the one that came was much darker, had a different bottle and worked just like it always did. As with previous reviewers, I placed the two bottles alongside each other and the colour difference was significant. I won't be cutting corners again.

Fake product, do not buy
I love DCH cleansing oil, is gente and very effective at removing makeup. However I was sent a fake version of the oil. It smelled different, the colour is slightly lighter and the bottle is also different. I only realised it was fake when I applied it on my face and noticed the funny smell. Then my eyes were stinging and after an hour are still stinging and my skin feels like it’s been stripped out. I’m very unhappy about this and I hope no other customer gets tricked into buying fake products.

May cause acne
Had high hopes for this product! Read brilliant reviews. After 2 weeks of continued use, I’ve developed consistent cystic acne all over my face. Combination skin, have never had a problem with water based cleansers. Not for me, will not continue to use.

Clearly Fake
I’ve used this product for years, buying it off the DHC website. The product I received from this seller is completely different. Firstly the bottle doesn’t have the weight or directions for use like the original. Secondly, DHC deep cleansing oil is a deep greeny goldish yellow, while the product I received was a sharp bright yellow. The product smelled like burning plastic, irritated my eyes, and did not effectively remove makeup. This is an obvious fake. I advise buying it from DHC directly.

What happened? My last order smelled of dog mess!
I've been a long time fan of DHC oil for years but my last order smelled awful. I hadn't noticed as I had a cold at the time, but once that cleared up I realised the oil smelled of dog poop! Was this a fake product? The oil did exactly the same as always, which is why I hadn't noticed any difference when I had the cold. I can only guess that this was a dud batch from the genuine DHC producers. I've always bought from their official website, but they have expensive postage and prices have been going up. When I saw they were selling on Amazon I could take advantage of free postage and a few pounds off the RRP. I just hope this was a one off and my next order doesn't smell of dog poop! The oil is great though. I suffer from terrible skin with both eczema and acne (both hormonal and pollen triggered). Believe or not, this oil balances out my oily skin without drying it out. I also find it loosened up flaky dead skin helping in ex-foliation.
