Beautiful construction, beautiful shirt. Runs small.
I LOVED this shirt, beautifully made, but I dropped one star because it really runs on the small end for size. Had to return and get a Tall version from another vendor.

Looked too small but fit great
I almost returned this because it looked like it was going to be too small. Though when my son put it on it stretches a lot and fit perfectly. Glad we tried it on before it was returned. He is a super lean 8 year old ,he only weighs about 42lbs and is 52" tall just all legs. He usually wears a size 5 in short sleeved tops so I would say this fits as expected. I ordered him the size 4

Runs super super small. Go few sizes up.
Major sizing problem. Skinny on the smaller side 9 year old needs size 14 yrs. As long as you get a much much bigger size, the shirt itself is fine. Don't just get one size larger, go way bigger. We returned 2 sizes before we finally got to a size that fit.

It comes 2 sizes smaller. Buy it 2 sizes larger
It comes 2 sizes smaller, make sure you buy it 2 sizes bigger. My son loved it

Nice shirt but sizes run super small
Seems like a great shirt... if it fit! I ordered a youth boys 12 which is so teeny tiny it seems like half that size! I'll be returning it.

RUNS VERY SMALL
Size runs very SMALL. I purchased a youth size 14 and it looked like a children's size 5. My son couldn't hardly get it over his head, when he did it felt like it was choking him and it wouldn't pull down past past his ribs! Gave two stars because the material was nice and seemed to be well made. Order at least two sizes up. I can't buy a larger size as they do not have a size larger than a 14.

Bought Sz 16 for 8y/o!
So glad I heeded every single review cautioning about this product's tiny fitting. Thank you, reviewers! Ordered a Sz 16 for my 8y/o and it fitted great! For your reference, the Sz 16 measured 38cm flat across chest and was 52cm long.
